You have to wear their uniform and the Health Department has safety standards that must be met. Wearing the hajib is against both. Toi Whitfield, 20, of Detroit and Quiana Pugh, 25, of Dearborn sued McDonald's, the owner of the local franchise and its unidentified manager in Wayne County Circuit Court on Thursday. Their representative said they are considering filing civil rights complaints with the federal and state governments.
"I applied for the McDonald's position maybe two weeks ago and he simply (told me) I had to make a choice and remove my hijab, or I would not be able to establish employment there," Pugh said.
The women are seeking $10 million in a suit.
This is a con game by Muslims. A $10 million con game. Muslims know that they don't need to get jobs, they can sue employers for not hiring or firing them for not wearing the company uniform.
Muslim medics refuse to follow hospital safety procedures. The word clean is not associated with Muslims it seems.
Any doctor or nurse that doesn't do this should be kicked out the profession. End of discussion. Cleanliness is essential to modern medicine. It isn't essential to Muslim medicine. Saw this story on Bill O'Reilly this morning - Laura Ingram was sitting in - would have been last night's show - and I'm astounded that "we" as Americans continue to put up with this crap. I am going to pray that McDonald's doesn't back down and then wins this lawsuit. Don't tell me that this two women didn't know that Mc'D's has uniforms which are required when they applied. More BS from the rop. And "we" are just gonna roll over and take it. Whatever.
Of course these law suits begin in Dearbornistan, MI, which has basically been taken over by Muslims. If they can start there, then they can spread out. It will be interesting to see if McD's caves.

If Macdonalds has allowed them to work, how long before they refuse to handle pork and sue because Macdonalds won't change their menu for them.
There are only two choices facing western society now, tell em' to piss off if they don't like it or bow down and become dhimmis. There is no third option.
I live a few 'burbs over from Dearbornistan. Both of our daily newspapers actively support the jihad, giving space to spokesliars from CAIR, and printing the ravings of one of our local terror-supporting imams.
