Zimmerman Juror B29 "Maddy" Interview Heavily Edited

George Zimmerman juror B29 identified as "Maddy," was interviewed by ABC's Robin Roberts.  There is a lot to story and I'll let you read it at NewBusters. There's more to it than just "he got away with murder." Here's a snippet:

But, he added, "the video that’s available already shows, on closer inspection, that Maddy has been manipulated and misrepresented." 

For starters, he said the phrase "got away with murder" was put in her mouth. 

“Some people have said, ‘George Zimmerman got away with murder. How do you respond to those people who say that?’" Robin Roberts asked. 

"George Zimmerman got away with murder. But you can’t get away from God,” the juror responded. But Saletan said that’s not quite how the exchange took place. 

"In the unedited video, Roberts’ question is longer, with words that have been trimmed from the Nightline version, and Maddy pauses twice, for several seconds, as she struggles to answer it," he said. 

Saletan said one has to watch the juror, not just listen to her words. According to Saletan, Maddy is trying to reconcile the premise of the question with her own sentiment, and repeats the quote, adding her own words to indicate that while Zimmerman was found not guilty, he would eventually have to answer to a higher authority. Media will not let the truth out about George Zimmerman because they don't have to. You'll remember that NBC edited the audio of Zimmerman's 911 call to make him appear racist. I'm tempted to say, you'd think ABC would have learned the lesson of NBC, but there is no one to hold them accountable to the wider audience, so lying by omission is accepted as truth. Network media is full of particularly flawed souls, accepting CBS' Sharyl Attkisson who has been spied upon, hacked and maligned for telling the truth and probably will be ousted from the Dan Rather network soon. A jury of 6 women listened to testimony from witnesses for over a month.  They digested the information, the evidence, and came to the conclusion that George Zimmerman acted in Self-Defense.  Not once was "Stand Your Ground" brought up.

What we are seeing is so-called Black Leaders (Race Baiters) seeing a way to raise money, to gain new government programs and try a form of gun control, have been stirring up the semi-literate black population and get them to riot.  The trouble is that the local police haven't gotten the word and keep stopping them from rioting.

Blacks will not be happy until George Zimmerman is hung, drawn and quartered.  The Federal government will find a liar to bring up racial charges against Mr. Zimmerman.

I wonder what would happen if White people started to riot?

The Department of Justice has no evidence that George Zimmerman is a racist so they are asking the American Public for help in tracking down and persecuting the neighborhood watch man found innocent of murder Saturday evening.

The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday afternoon appealed to civil rights groups and community leaders, nationally and in Sanford, for help investigating whether a federal criminal case might be brought against George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, one advocate said.

The DOJ has also set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation.

According to Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law-- she joined a U.S. Department of Justice conference call to discuss the prospects.

“They were calling on us to actively refer anyone who had any information,” that might build a case against Zimmerman for either a civil rights violation or a hate crime, Arnwine said. “They said they would very aggressively investigate this case.”

Arnwine said the call was convened at about 3:30 p.m. by Tom Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, and included representatives from the FBI, and several federal prosecutors, she said. DOJ officials also said they would open a public email address so people could send in tips on the case.

That email address, which is now in operation, is Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov

Folks allow me to suggest we act like good Americans. Since there is no evidence that Mr. Zimmerman is a racist..send them a tip.  Please send mail to that address, send them some suggestions, like George Zimmerman pooped in his diaper when he was one or he stole the purple crayon in kindergarten, maybe even that he came up with the idea for Sharnado.  Or if you wish send them ideas of other people to investigate for civil rights violations, the IRS or even that they should investigate Eric Holder for fast and furious.

If you have two emails…send them a tip from each!

My ultimate hope is that we flood the Email address with so many Emails  they have to close it. Then the closure can become a story of the "people" fighting the government . Whether one believes the verdict was just or not this is another big government over-reach...so let's show it

Prove to the  DOJ that we are are good Americans! Here are just a few suggestions:

I think I heard one time that George Zimmerman only left a 13% tip at a Denny's. I think I also heard the server was white!

NOT GUILTY!!!!

The 6 woman jury in Florida did the right thing and found George Zimmerman Not Guilty in the killing of Trayvon Martin.  It must have been a hard decision for these women, but they looked at the evidence and came to the correct conclusion.

George Zimmerman is not guilty of the murder of Trayvon Martin, a Florida jury decided late Saturday.

The fact that Zimmerman fired the bullet that killed Martin was never in question, but the verdict means the six-person jury had reasonable doubt that the shooting amounted to a criminal act.

The verdict caps a case that has inflamed passions for well over a year, much of it focused on race and gun rights.

The six-person jury -- all women -- basically had three choices: to find Zimmerman guilty of second-degree murder; to find him guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter; or to find him not guilty.

The jurors deliberated for 16½ hours total, including 13 on Saturday alone, before delivering its verdict.

Zimmerman smiled and then shook his lawyer's hands when he learned his fate. His parents, Robert and Gladys Zimmerman, were seated nearby, but Martin's parents were not in the courtroom.

Earlier in the day, the jury had asked the court for clarification on its instructions regarding manslaughter. The jury couldn't have even posed such a query a few days ago: Judge Nelson ruled Thursday, over the defense's vehement objection, to include manslaughter as an option for jurors, in addition to a second-degree murder charge.

The question -- the jurors' first since late Friday afternoon, when they requested an inventory of evidence -- was read out in court shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday. After a brief discussion between lawyers and the judge, the court recessed for about 40 minutes.

When it reconvened, shortly before the judge announced the jury had ordered dinner, prosecutors and defense lawyers agreed to a response to the jury's question -- basically asking for more detail. "The court cannot engage in general discussions but may be able to address a specific question regarding clarification of the instructions regarding manslaughter," their response to the jury says. "If you have a specific question, please submit it."

Manslaughter, under Florida law, is "the killing of a human being by the act ... of another, without lawful justification ... and in cases in which such killing shall not be excusable homicide or murder." It is a second-degree felony.

According to the jury instructions, Zimmerman could be convicted of manslaughter if jurors believe he "intentionally committed an act or acts that caused the death of Trayvon Martin."

"George Zimmerman cannot be guilty of manslaughter by committing a merely negligent act or if the killing was either justifiable or excusable homicide," the instructions add. "Each of us has a duty to act reasonably toward others. If there is a violation of that duty, without any conscious intention to harm, that violation is negligence."

If convicted of manslaughter, Zimmerman could face up to 30 years in prison. The jury, however, hasn't been told of possible sentence lengths for any charge.

To convict Zimmerman of second-degree murder, the jury would have to believe that "there was an unlawful killing of Trayvon Martin by an act imminently dangerous to another and demonstrating a depraved mind without regard for human life."

Such a killing would have to be "done from ill will, hatred, spite or an evil intent" and would be "of such a nature that the act itself indicates an indifference to human life."

Upon hearing the verdict my neighborhood erupted in fireworks.  A bit of a celebration for innocence.

I just wonder if the Black Communities around the nation will stay calm.  I hope they do.

Guess Who This Is...

In December 2010, the son of a local police officer sucker punched a homeless black man outside a bar. The white attacker strutted away from the downed man, obviously proud of his cowardly achievement. Police arrived at the scene and declined to arrest him, despite the fact the unprovoked attack was captured on video.

Over the course of the next several weeks, the community expressed outrage but few stepped up to do anything to demand justice for the homeless man, Sherman Ware. The black community was indifferent. The NAACP ignored the incident. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were nowhere to be found.

But one man was so determined to obtain justice for Sherman, he did what few others were willing to do. He stepped up and went door-to-door in black communities handing out fliers about the incident. He posted the fliers, put them on cars in parking lots, waited outside churches to give them to parishioners. He worked tirelessly exposing this injustice.

In January, his efforts finally paid off. In part, thanks to public pressure after the video was posted on Youtube, Justin Collison, a man with a violent history, was charged with sucker punching Sherman Ware.

In case you haven’t guessed, the man who worked so hard to bring justice for a homeless black man when the NAACP and other civil rights leaders looked the other way is named below the fold. 

The man was George Zimmerman.

These noble efforts by Zimmerman to help a stranger get deserved justice were related by a family member who is now in hiding due to death threats. The family member sent this letter to the Sanford Chapter of the NAACP, which has continued to perpetuate the smear that George Zimmerman is a racist who killed Trayvon Martin for being black.

Don’t expect to hear this story in the mainstream media.

Newsbusted: Is Sotomayor A White Hispanic?

One of the many controversies coming out of the horrible mainstream media coverage of the Trayvon Martin tragedy is the invention of a new term, The White Hispanic to describe the shooter, George Zimmerman.


The media invented the term as a way to point out...well I don't really know what they are trying to point out. It can't be because only one of his parents is Hispanic, if that was the case they would be calling Barack Obama the first White Black President. Maybe they are trying to indicate that Zimmerman does not deserve the right for his claim of self defense to be confirmed or disproved, he is only a White Hispanic therefore he must be an oppressor.


In a special report from Newsbusted anchor Jodi Miller we learn that if Sotomayor votes against Obamacare the media will begin to call her a White Hispanic. Additionally if Ginsberg, Breyer or Kagan votes against the President's signature bill they will be labeled "Jewish One-Percenters"
