Juden Raus!

Are the words the Jews of Germany are hearing from their government.  A few months ago a court in Cologne, Germany decided that circumcision on boys was illegal and immoral.  This flies in the face of Freedom of Religion.  Circumcision of male infants on the 8th day of life is mandatory under Jewish Law.

From The Jewish Virtual Library:
Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin of the penis. The rite of circumcision (brit milah) is one of the most ancient practices of Judaism. The commandment to circumcise male children was given to Abraham in the Torah (Genesis 17:7-14 and repeated in Leviticus 12:3):
And God said unto Abraham: 'And as for thee, thou shalt keep My covenant, thou, and thy seed after thee throughout their generations. This is My covenant, which ye shall keep, between Me and you and thy seed after thee: every male among you shall be circumcised. And ye shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of a covenant betwixt Me and you. And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every male throughout your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any foreigner, that is not of thy seed. He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised; and My covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant. And the uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that should shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken My covenant. [English translation from 1917 JPS Tanach.]
Circumcision is (in general) a common denominator among movements: Reform, Conservative, Reconstructionist, Orthodox — all circumcise their male children and require male converts to undergo some form of circumcision.

Furthermore, faith is the only reason that Jews should circumcise their male children. In Moreh Nevuchim (Guide for the Perplexed), chapter 49, the Rambam says: "No one, however, should circumcise himself or his son for any other reason than pure faith; for circumcision is not like an incision on the leg or a burn on the arm, but a very difficult operation."

Current medical fashions play no role in circumcision, as it is a religious rite to Jews. Thus, it is pointless to attempt to argue for or against circumcision from a basis of medical need.

The circumcision is done the eighth day after birth, unless ill health or serious medical problems prevent it. Even Shabbat does not stop a Brit. If a child is not circumcised, he is still considered a Jew [San. 44a; Hoffmann, Melamed Lehoil, Yoreh Dea, #79]. However, if there are no medical contraindications (e.g., hemophilia), it is incumbent for the individual to arrange for their circumcision when medically safe to do so.
But for Rabbi David Goldberg of Hof in Barvaria this is illegal and punishable by imprisonment.
A German rabbi has been sued after performing a circumcision on a baby, the Jüdische Allgemeine magazine reported.

The report said that the proceedings were launched against the rabbi of the city of Hof in Bavaria, Rabbi David Goldberg. The lawsuit claims that circumcision inflicts “physical harm” on an infant.

Chief prosecutor Gerhard Schmitt confirmed in a conversation with journalists that legal proceedings against Rabbi Goldberg are in place. The complainant, according to the report, is a doctor from the city of Hessen, who is basing his claims on a recent court ruling which said that circumcision for religious reasons may be considered an illegal act.

The district court in Cologne recently banned the practice of circumcision, outraging Muslims and Jews and sparking an emotional debate in the country.

The court ruled, on the basis of one infant who did not receive proper care, that non-medical circumcision, practiced by most Jews and Muslims, causes bodily harm and therefore is a crime.

The practice is a “serious and irreversible interference in the integrity of the human body,” the court decided.

Muslims and Jews later banded together to ask the German parliament to overrule the court ban on circumcision. There are approximately four million Muslims and 150,000 Jews living in Germany.

Germany's lower house of parliament recently passed a resolution to protect the religious circumcision of infant boys.

The resolution, jointly filed by Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives, their liberal coalition ally (FDP) and the opposition Social Democrats (SPD), demanded that “the government present a draft law in the autumn ... that guarantees that the circumcision of boys, carried out with medical expertise and without unnecessary pain, is permitted.” The new law would overrule the Cologne court decision.

The local Jewish community has contacted Israel’s Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Yona Metzger, and asked him to work to accelerate the passing of legislation that would allow circumcision in Germany.

Rabbi Metzger is expected to address decision makers in Germany, among them members of the Bundestag, including senior ministers and members of the Ethics Committee which has the authority to decide on the issue.

The grandfathers of these New Nazis must be very proud of their offspring.  What Hitler and the gas chambers could not do, they will do very well.  What really amazes me is why any Jew would live in Germany knowing the history of that barbaric nation?

It is time for the Jews of Germany to tell the German barbarians once and for all that they will not obey this law.  It is time for the Jews of Germany to leave that land before they ignore the horror that they brought upon this world and finish the job their countryman Hitler started.  I wonder if they will include Muslims in this round of gassing?
