Beware The Witch Doctor

Not the one living in the White House in Washington DC, but the African Witch Doctor running amok in Kuwait.
KUWAIT CITY, Dec 7: Police are looking for an unidentified person believed to be African man who is robbing people using his magic power, reports Al-Dar daily.

It has been reported several complaints have already been filed by the victims with the police.
One Iranian man told the Shuwaikh Industrial Area police a tall African man visited him in his garage and began talking to him in a strange language much above his voice. The man said he felt he was frozen and when he came to his senses he realized the man had disappeared and he had given him all his money.
According to the daily, two similar complaints have been filed with the police. In one complaint a Syrian man said the man matching the same description robbed him of KD 450 ($1,578.67 or 1,073.09 EU) and a Lebanese woman working for an insurance company lost all her money, driving license and credit card in a similar manner.
What a great talent to Freeze people then steal their money.  I wonder why this great Witch Doctor doesn't leave the slim pickings of Kuwait and try his luck in the richer cities of London, Paris, Rome, New York, Washington DC.  Now that last city could really use a magic man.  With his talent, he could solve the National Debt (now over $12.1 Trillion), find a way to fully fund Healthcare, and bring President Obama's poll numbers back up to 80%.  That would be real magic.

But instead, Kuwait has an African Witch Doctor problem they can't solve.  They should just make friends with him:

It worked for the Chipmunks!
