Mohammad Order the Jews to Live in Palestine

Hat Tip to Planck's Constant

Yes it is so.  While rabid madmen like Ahmadinejad of Iran scream how Israel needs to be destroyed for it is a Muslim homeland, the fact is that The Prophet Mohammad designated the land they call Palestine to be set aside for the Jews.

The classical Arabic historians tell us that in the year 20 of the Muslim era, corresponding to 641 C.E., the Caliph 'Umar decreed that Jews and Christians should be removed from all but the southern and eastern fringes of Arabia, in fulfillment of an injunction of the Prophet uttered on his deathbed: "Let there not be two religions in Arabia."

The people in question were the Jews of the oasis of Khaybar, in the North, and the Christians of Najran, in the south.

... the Jews and Christians of Arabia were resettled on lands assigned to them, the Jews in Syria and Palestine, the Christians in Iraq.

In other words, according to the Holy Books of Islam, the land known as Palestine belongs to the Jews and Christians.  That there is no reason for a Muslim to claim any section or inch of the land.  Thus this map (see below) should be the true borders of the State of Israel according to the Holy Books of Islam.

It is time for the Arabs of the region to actually follow the words of Mohammad in this matter:
Univ of Southern Calif - Center For Muslim-Jewish Engagement, Translation of Malik's Muwatta, Book 45:5.18:
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Two deens shall not co-exist in the Arabian Peninsula."

Malik said that Ibn Shihab said, ''Umar ibn al-Khattab searched for information about that until he was absolutely convinced that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, had said, 'Two deens shall not co-exist in the Arabian Peninsula,' and he therefore expelled the jews from Khaybar."
Univ of Southern Calif - Center For Muslim-Jewish Engagement, Sahih Muslim, Book 019, Number 4366
It has been narrated by 'Umar b. al-Khattib that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say: I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim.
I understand that Hamas, Hizbollah, and other Palestinian groups are strict Fundamental Islamists.  They should re-read their holy books, then get out of the land as fast as they can, renouncing their claim to the land.

After all it is the will of the World's Most Perfect Man:  Mohammad
