In the future

It is morning and you are awoken with the call to prayer. The religious police are checking on everyone to make sure that all are at their prayers. As a woman you pray behind the men, you had to rush to prayers making sure your head was covered and you weren't showing any skin. You finish with prayers and cook breakfast for your family. You husband and sons hurry through their food and rush out, one to his work and the boys to their school where they will spend most of the day learning the Koran. You long for the days you were allow to work and leave the house, but your husband has refused you the permission. So you gather up the dishes and with the help of your daughters, you do your housework.

During the day you are not allowed out of the house. You cannot shop, visit friends or family, go to the movies, work or attend a school. You pray that you don't get ill, for any medical care would be up to your husband. When your sons return home from school you hand them some money and send them to the stores to do the shopping, praying that they actually buy the food and not what they want to buy. When they return you are heartbroken to find out that the newest video game was bought instead of the food. But you cannot punish them for they are males.

When your husband returns from work he finds that his dinner is not ready. He takes up a rod and beats you with it until you pass out. When you awaken you pray to G-d how did this happen? And you remember when this would be punished by law. But the days of the United States of America are gone and in its place is the Islamic Republic of America.


You are one of the lucky ones. You and your family converted to Islam. Not like many of your friends. They refused to convert. They live under the Dhimmitude. Second-class citizens in their own lands. They have to pay the jizya, wear distinctive clothing that show the world that they aren't Muslims but Christians or Jews. They are allow their churches, but they cannot build them higher than any Mosque. They are not allowed to own a car, ride in a plane, travel more than 50 miles without written permission from the government, own a business that competes with any Muslim owned business, or own a gun. The last one will have the whole community killed if they catch them with one.

You hear an explosion coming from the area of the Mosque and wonder which group this time will be responsible. Was it the Sons of Zion, The New Templars, or any one of a couple of splinter groups that have formed. You know that some where in the city the police will round up innocent people and claim that they are members of these groups.

Your husband speaks to you. Tells you that he is giving you full permission to go outside and do the shopping. It is only to shop. No visits, no outings. You thank him and smile. There is very little you can do.

The next day, after prayers and cleaning you gather up your daughters, adjust your hijab (heaven forbid that any of your hair is showing), adjust your veil so only your eyes show, make sure you are wearing gloves and your ankles aren't showing and head out for the shops. The day is hot, it is summer and the temperature is over 90 degrees, but Heaven help you if you take off any of that outfit. It takes you about an hour to do your shopping and you hail a taxi to take you home. No woman is allowed to drive a car. She either has a male relative drive her or hires a taxi.

When you arrive home you start to prepare dinner. You notice that one of your sons has bruises on him. He tells you that his father beat him for not buying the groceries and buying a video game instead. There is nothing you can do since your husband is the head of the family and has life and death control over every member.

That night you are entertaining members of his family. Your mother-in-law insists that the your daughters get circumcised and the rest of the women agree. Without consulting the men, they grab your daughters and lead them into another room. You are prevented from entering the room as you hear your daughters screaming and crying. But the deed is done. There is nothing you can do as you are forbidden to talk to your husband while he is entertaining his menfolk.

You hear your husband, a man you once considered a kind and generous man talk with glee how he and his brothers broke into a Jewish home, raped the women, killed the men and stole everything in sight. The new "housemaid" he brought home to "help" you is reality the 14 year old daughter of the family. You sigh as your husband takes her to his bed and you know that there is nothing you can do. This is your life as a good Muslim woman. Shut up and do as you are told.

Sounds like fiction doesn't it? But in a few years it will be the law in Europe and Great Britain. It is almost the official law there now. And after them, the US and Canada will be next. Shar'ia Law will oust the US Constitution and be strictly enforced.

Already in the US, in cities where there are large Muslim populations (Dearborn, MI), Shar'ia Law is starting to be strictly enforced. Limits on women's rights, homophobia, hatred for other religions (especially Jews) and the naqab or burqa for women to wear. There are plans in the works for areas for the stoning of women who are caught in adultery.

Under Shar'ia Law a woman has no rights. They are not considered people and are to be treated worse than animals.

Under Shar'ia Law a non-Muslim is subjected to torture and death for openly professing his or her faith. The Bible and other holy books are forbidden in Muslim nations.

Under Shar'ia Law if a Muslim leaves the faith (becomes an apostate) he or she is killed.

Under Shar'ia Law dogs are unclean.

Under Shar'ia Law Democracy is banned.

Under Shar'ia Law theft is punishable by cutting off a hand.

Under Shar'ia Law homosexuality is a crime to be punished by death.

Under Shar'ia Law a man can divorce his wife at any time.

Under Shar'ia Law a woman can be flogged for showing her ankle or wrists.

If you don't believe it could happen here, remember that have said that in Europe, in Great Britain. In 1933 Jews in Germany said that it couldn't happen there. It happened. It is happening now.

What protects us from this tyranny is Constant Vigilance. It is time we tell the Multicultural Elite of this nation that we don't want this for our land. That we expect Muslims like other groups to respect our laws. That if they want to be part of this nation, they must become Americans. And if they refuse, we will send them to a nation where they can practice Shar'ia. A nation like Saudi Arabia. But we will never submit to the slavery of Dhimmitude in this land!

UPDATE: Germany now admits it backed the Anti-Israel Summit.


Last month Germany's foreign and economics ministries hosted a conference that became a mouthpiece for anti-Semitic Iranian propaganda and a call for Israel's destruction. I have never seen a buck passed from one agency to another as fast as I did watching German agencies trying to pass the blame for this latest bit of anti-Semitism to come from the nation of Germany.

Now it emerges that the German government bankrolled the hatefest.

The German government has admitted it was deeply involved in funding last month's conference here on the Middle East, and reports indicate it suggested inviting former Iranian deputy foreign minister Muhammad Javad Ardashir Larijani to speak at the gathering, where he called for the destruction of Israel.

At the Third Transatlantic Conference - whose stated purpose was to address "common solutions" in the Middle East - Larijani said the "Zionist project" should be "canceled" and argued that Israel "has failed miserably and has only caused terrible damage to the region."

Jens Plötner, a spokesman for German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, told The Jerusalem Post over the weekend that the Foreign, Economics and Research ministries and Chancellor Angela Merkel's office transferred funds to the Hesse Foundation for Peace and Conflict Research, which he said had proposed inviting Larijani. The grant was made from a fund for "civil society projects."

To include any Muslim nation in the terms "civil society" is indecent to say the least. When just one of the 57 Muslim nations start to show any form of civil rights and religious freedom in their lands then you may start to call them civil. Until then they have to be termed barbaric and depraved.

Bernd W. Kubbig of the Hesse Foundation, the principal organizer of the conference, refused to provide the Post with a transcript of the event in which Larijani said, "Denial of the Holocaust in the Muslim world has nothing to with anti-Semitism. And President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has never denied the Holocaust."

However, Ahmadinejad has consistently questioned the authenticity of the Holocaust, and he invited well-know Holocaust deniers to the "World without Zionism" conference held in Teheran in 2005.

See how they lie. Ahmadinejad not only denied that the Holocaust ever happened, but said so openly:
"They have invented a myth that Jews were massacred and place this above God, religions and the prophets," Ahmadinejad said in a speech to thousands of people in the Iranian city of Zahedan, according to a report on Wednesday from Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.

"The West has given more significance to the myth of the genocide of the Jews, even more significant than God, religion, and the prophets," he said. "(It) deals very severely with those who deny this myth but does not do anything to those who deny God, religion, and the prophet."

This was just one example. There are many more.

Why would Germany invite an Iranian to such a conference? What would be in it for Germany other than oil?

A weeklong investigation by the Post indicates that the German government has been intensifying its business and political relations with Iran in 2008. With the exception of 2007, Germany has remained Iran's No. 1 European Union trade partner over the years. Economists attributed the decline in 2007 to private-sector complications in Iran, and not to German political policy.

In the first quarter of 2008, Iranian-German business mushroomed to €1.35 billion, an 18% increase when compared with the first four months of 2007. Germany supplies a technology-starved Iran with sophisticated equipment for its energy sector and growing infrastructure. Total German export trade to Iran has consistently hovered around €4b. each year.

Siemens, the electrical giant, maintains a robust yearly trade of between $500m. and $1b. with Iran. The German company Wirth, according to Emanuele Ottolenghi, director of the Transatlantic Institute in Brussels, "sold tunnel-boring equipment to Iran for its Ghomroud water project." While such heavy earth-moving machines can be used to build underground nuclear weapons facilities, the German government approved the deal for the machines, which critics consider to be a telling example of "dual-use" equipment.
It's good business for the Germans to give into Iranian sentiments. They stand to make a fortune. But they also made a fortune stealing the homes, businesses and eventually the lives of the Jews of Europe. Maybe they are just longing for the good old days.

Flight 93: Calling Michelle Malkin, Charles Johnson, A.J. Strata, Ed Morrissey, Richard Fernandez and Ace of Spades

When the Crescent of Embrace memorial to Flight 93 was unveiled in September 2005, these six high profile conservative bloggers were instrumental in raising the public protest that forced the Memorial Project to agree to a redesign. Charles Johnson stayed with the story until the summer of 2006, and Ace has done two links since 2005, but for the most part, these conservative heroes seem to have decided that the "circle of embrace" redesign is okay.

It is NOT okay. Architect Paul Murdoch described his original Crescent of Embrace design as a broken circle. The redesign is still described as a broken circle, and the unbroken part of the circle (the crescent) remains exactly as it was in the original design.

In particular, the giant crescent still points to Mecca , and the repetition of this Mecca orientation in the crescents of trees that surround the Tower of Voices part of the memorial proves that the Mecca orientation is intentional. That makes the giant crescent a mihrab: the Mecca-direction indicator around which every mosque is built.

The planned memorial is a terrorist memorial mosque. This is an enemy plot, every bit as ambitious in its own way as the 9/11 attacks. To stop this re-hijacking of Flight 93, we need our frontline bloggers to rejoin the fray!

The only change: the design now includes a broken off part of the circle

The design drawings were recolored to make it look as if significant changes were made, the but only actual change was the inclusion of an additional arc of trees, said to represent a broken off part of the circle:

Notice that this extra ark of trees sits to the rear of a person facing into the giant central crescent. That is the equivalent of laying down a Muslim prayer rug (called a small mosque) in front of some trees. The prayer rug is unchanged. You can plant as many trees around a mosque as you want to. It will still be a mosque.

"Broken circle" is Park Service's official story

In the original design, the broken off part of the circle was removed entirely. Now, as Memorial Project Superintendent Joanne Hanley reiterated last week, a broken off part of the circle is included:
The trees surrounding this "circle of embrace" are missing, or broken, in two places; first, where the flight path of the plane came overhead (which is the location of the planned memorial overlook and visitor center) and second, where the plane crashed at the Sacred Ground (depicted by a ceremonial gate and pathway into the Sacred Ground).
She is describing the two ends of the additional arc of trees. It is broken at both ends.

Both the theme and the geometry of the original Crescent of Embrace design remain as they were. The terrorists still break our circle, and they still turn it into a giant Mecca oriented crescent.

Those who raised the hue and cry about the original design ought to be equally concerned that the original design remains completely intact in the phony redesign. Come on heroes. Your help is NEEDED!

The Fourth of July

Considered to be the founding document of the United States, the Declaration of Independence holds a special place in the hearts of Americans. While most Americans can quote passages, many cannot quote the full text.

The Declaration of Independence was written to explain to the Americans, the British and the World as a whole the reasons why the American Colonists were rebelling against the Crown of England.

In the document, the colonists put forth their grievances that they have against the British and the reasons why they deem it necessary to break from dominance and control of Great Britain and become an independent nation.

Never before in history had any rebellious group, seeking independence from their monarch, had written and signed a document that explains fully why they are in revolt. The writing and signing of the Declaration was and is considered treason under English law. A crime at the time punishable by death (hanging). But in spite of the law, these men wrote, ratified and signed the document that eventually gave birth to the United States of America.

It was customary up to 50 years ago to read or recite the Declaration of Independence from either the Courthouse or City Hall steps. A tradition that sadly has disappeared. So in the spirit of that tradition, I give you the Declaration of Independence:

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. Sderot Children have a Safe Place to Play

The city of Sderot is nearing the completion of its first playground equipped with bomb shelters.

“It is very important to us in Sderot to have protected playgrounds for the children to play,” Sderot spokesperson Shalom HaLevi said. “We plan to build more.”

“The idea of the park is that when there is a Tzeva Adom [alarm], the children can run quickly to safety in the tunnels,” said construction manager Boaz Etzion.

The park should be finished in about a month and will look quite different than it does now, he added. Among other amenities, such as lights and a fountain, the tunnels that serve as shelter from the rockets will be designed to resemble a centipede to make them look like part of the park, rather than bomb shelters.

The construction of the playground is being funded by Ariyeh Green, according to Etzion, who said the tunnels alone cost 150,000 NIS.

HaLevi confirmed that the funding came from donations, but would not specify the source of the donations.

We Remember

Afik Zahavi and Mordechai Yosepov killed by a Qassam Rocket Four Years Ago.

Exactly four years ago Afik Zahavi, four years-old, and Mordechai Yosepov, 49, were killed by a

Qassam rocket fired by Hamas from the Gaza Strip at 8:15 in the morning on June 28, 2004. The rocket struck near a nursery school in Sderot.


Ruth Zahavi, was taking her son Afik to the nursery school, when the rocket landed and exploded. She was critically wounded in the rocket attack, along with ten other people who were lightly hurt.


At Afik's funeral, his father, Yitzhak, prostrated himself on the small body and wept, "I love you Afik. I will see you everywhere. Look how many people are here accompanying you." The boy's mother remained in intensive care in Beersheba's Soroka Hospital at the time.


Mordechai Yosepov was sitting on a bench near the Lilach nursery school, where his two grandchildren attend, when the same rocket killed him. Yosepov came to Israel in 1993 from Uzebkistan. He was on his way to the Employment Service to find work when the Qassam rocket struck.


Mordechai Yosepov is survived by his wife, a son, a daughter, and five grandchildren. He was buried in the Sderot Cemetery.


Since January 2008, over 1,600 Qassam rockets and mortar shells have been fired at Sderot and the western Negev. Four Israelis have been killed this year alone from rocket and mortar attacks fired from Palestinian terror groups; Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Fatah's Al Aqsa Brigades in the northern Gaza Strip.

Day of Sorrow

Yesterday an Palestinian Arab decided upon Jihad. He had a good paying job driving a bulldozer in Israel, but his religion preaches that death is the greatest thing that one can aspire to. So to gain a place in Paradise, Husam Taysir Dwayat (may his name be cursed forever), drove his bulldozer into traffic on Jaffa Road.

The attack began at noon when Husam Taysir Dwayat, a 30-year-old resident of the southeast neighborhood of Sur Bahir, drove out of a nearby light rail construction site and plowed his Caterpillar vehicle into anything and anyone, first on Rehov Sarei Yisrael and then on Jaffa Road, overturning a No. 13 Egged bus, flattening half a dozen cars and leaving destruction and carnage in his wake.

"People started screaming, 'He is running us over, he is running us over!'" said traffic policewoman Elinor Nahum, 22, who was the first to shoot and wound Dwayat after nearly being crushed herself.

What type of animal does this? What makes this animal tick? And on the West Bank and Gaza they are praising this creature, dancing in the streets. Yet we are suppose to call these creatures people, and treat them as if they are civilized?

Moshe Plesser, the yeshiva student off-duty soldier who killed the bulldozer-driver terrorist, explained how he and security guard Oron Ben-Shimon stopped the murderous rampage.

"As far as what happened," Plesser continued: "I was bicycling from the center of town [westward] towards my home, when I saw a bulldozer battering a bus lying on its side and a lot of commotion. I immediately realized that it was a terrorist attack. I threw the bicycle to the side, and I ran towards the scene, trying to get as close as I could to the bulldozer so that I could get on it and stop the driver. As I got closer I tried to somehow get a weapon. When the bulldozer stopped, a policeman climbed up, and I climbed up right behind him, screaming at him to shoot."

"Oron Ben-Shimon, with whom I was privileged to cooperate in stopping the terrorist, also climbed up, and he and the policeman tried to stop him with their hands. At first I could not shoot him, because the policeman stood in between us and the terrorist. The terrorist suddenly got up and started to drive again, screaming out Allahu Akbar, and Oron was able to turn the steering wheel so that the bulldozer wouldn't run over more cars. Finally, I was able to grab Oron's gun and shoot over the heads of the policeman and Oron, three bullets to his head. Then a Yassam policeman got on and fired again to ascertain his death."

These are just 2 of Israel's finest. A fine example to their nation and the world of what Israelis are. But look at the Terrorist. The man the Muslim world is calling their latest hero. Look at his character.

The assailant, a father of two with a criminal record, was employed as a bulldozer operator by an east-Jerusalem based construction company that is carrying out infrastructure work for the city's long-delayed light rail project, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said. It was not immediately clear how Dwayat obtained his permit to operate a bulldozer in light of his criminal record. He received a two-year sentence in 2001 for raping a Jewish woman with whom he was romantically involved. Sometime after he was released form prison, he married an Arab woman.
A rapist. A criminal drug dealer. Now a murderer. This is the Muslim ideal of hero. Some hero.

Black National Anthem

I am appalled and in shock today. In an American City (Denver), for an official function (the Mayor's annual State of the City address), an African-American singer who was suppose to sing the Star Spangled Banner and instead sang The Black National Anthem.

Rene Marie was asked to sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" before Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper delivered the annual address on Tuesday. Instead, she sang the lyrics of "Lift Every Voice and Sing" — a hymn commonly referred to as the "Black National Anthem" — to the tune of the national anthem, MyFOXColorado.com reported.

"If anyone has got a right to be angry it's probably me," Hickenlooper told the station. "I guess what I feel most is just deeply disappointed."

Correction Mayor Hickenlooper, every American citizen is angry at her. This is an outrage at our nation and its people. Who the heck does she think she is?




I guess that when the Democrats have their convention in Denver later this Summer, they will sing this song instead of our national anthem. And G-d forbid if Obama ever gets elected, this will replace the words of Francis Scott Key that inspired this nation for so many generations.

Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming?

You Have 15 Seconds to Say a Psalm Before Kassam Explodes

The so-called truce between Hamas and Israel is a farce. It didn't last a week before the rockets were fired into the Western Negev. Each day Israelis in the Western Negev wonder if this will be their last.

Since 2000 and for over 7 years, 6913 rockets have been fired into Sderot, a small city near Gaza in the Western Negev.
The National Council of Young Israel in the United States has announced a new project that simulates the pressures facing Sderot residents after a Code Red warning gives them 15 seconds to run for cover from an incoming Kassam rocket fired by Arab terrorists.

Project SMS (Solidarity Messages for Sderot) sends a text message to subscribers after the early warning system sounds in Sderot. The message reads. "A Kassam has been launched at Sderot. You have 15 seconds" to recite Psalm Chapter 130, give charity, call the United Nations, the White House, Senators and Congressmen or pause for a moment and pray for the people of Sderot.

1 A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths have I called Thee, O HaShem.

2 L-rd, hearken unto my voice; let Thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

3 If Thou, HaShem, shouldest mark iniquities, O L-rd, who could stand?

4 For with Thee there is forgiveness, that Thou mayest be feared.

5 I wait for HaShem, my soul doth wait, and in His word do I hope.

6 My soul waiteth for the L-rd, more than watchmen for the morning; yea, more than watchmen for the morning.

7 O Israel, hope in HaShem; for with HaShem there is mercy, and with Him is plenteous redemption.

8 And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

Of course if you're as unlucky as I am to have Barack Obama for your Senator, you will get only a printed response that this is all Israel's fault. But I write anyway.

Sderot has been under siege for more than seven years since the Oslo War broke out in September, 2000. The Committee for a Secure Sderot reports that Arab terrorists have attacked the city with 6,913 rockets. The government promised that the siege would end after carrying out the expulsion program that included the forced removal of Jews from the Gaza region and the withdrawal of all IDF personnel.

Shaul Mofaz, who was Defense Minister at the time, vowed that Israel would respond quickly "if even one rocket is fired" on Sderot. Since then, the Olmert administration has agreed to a number of ceasefires, but each one was quickly broken. More than half a dozen rockets have hit the western Negev since the latest truce began less than two weeks ago.

The time for talk has passed. The time for action is now. Now is the time to strike back. To tell Hamas and Gaza that a truce means that both sides stop fighting, not just one.

Young Israel executive vice president Rabbi Pesach Lerner told its members the group wants them to experience the sense of urgency Sderot residents face when the warning siren is sounded.

"The people of Sderot have been forced to live in a time warp of 15 seconds for the last seven years," he stated. "When a rocket is fired at Sderot and the alarm is sounded, they have fifteen seconds to run for cover, find their children, gather the sleeping family from the top floor to the basement and wonder if today is the last day of their life."

I was once asked by a lady visiting if I had a gun in the house. I said I did.

She said, "Well I certainly hope it isn't loaded!"

To which I said, "Oof course it is loaded, can't work without bullets!"

She then asked, "Are you that afraid of some one evil coming into your house?"

My reply was, "No not at all. I am not afraid of the house catching fire either, but I have fire extinguishers around, and they are all loaded too."

To which I'll add, having a gun in the house that isn't loaded is like having a car in the garage without gas in the tank.

Criticism of Islam now banned by UN Human Rights Council

Islamic Law calls for women and non-believers to be treated as second class citizens in their own lands. Under Shar'ia law a woman can be beaten, raped, forced into marriage, even killed to preserve her family's honor. Non-Muslims are forced to pay a special tax called Jajiya. Non-Muslims are forbidden in many lands to even worship freely. Some Muslim nations go as far as refusing to let non-believers into their nations.

Under Islam, slavery flourishes. The rights of the individual are denied to include the right of medical treatment, work, an education, or even the simple act of walking outside one's home.

Yet under the UN and its Human Rights Council, these topics are not to ever be brought up. They are now forbidden to criticize or discuss.

The UN Human Rights Council is not allowed to judge religions, according to president Doru Romulus Costea of Romania. Criticism of Sharia law or fatwas is now forbidden. This ruling follows attempts by the Egyptian and Pakistani delegates at the Council to silence criticism of Human Rights abuse in the Islamic world. The representative of the Association for World Education, in a joint statement with the International Humanist and Ethical Union, had denounced the stoning to death of women accused of adultery and of girls being married at the age of nine years old in countries where Sharia law applies.

The speaker, David Littman, was interrupted by no fewer than 16 points of order and the proceedings of the Council were suspended for forty minutes when the Egyptian delegate said that “Islam will not be crucified in this Council” and attempted to force a vote on whether the speaker should be allowed to continue.

To have joined the UN the member nations all had to sign the Declaration of Human Rights. A simple document that gives equal rights to each person in the world.

PREAMBLE

    Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

    Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

    Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

    Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

    Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

    Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

    Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

Yet the only Muslim nation to actually allow any Human Rights in it is Turkey. All other Muslim nations insist on following that document of hatred and abusive powers known as the Cairo Declaration. A document that strips women and non-Muslims of all their rights. A document that would place the whole world under Shar'ia law.

ARTICLE 1:

(a) All human beings form one family whose members are united by their subordination to Allah and descent from Adam. All men are equal in terms of basic human dignity and basic obligations and responsibilities, without any discrimination on the basis of race, colour, language, belief, sex, religion, political affiliation, social status or other considerations. The true religion is the guarantee for enhancing such dignity along the path to human integrity.

(b) All human beings are Allah's subjects, and the most loved by Him are those who are most beneficial to His subjects, and no one has superiority over another except on the basis of piety and good deeds.

ARTICLE 10:

Islam is the religion of true unspoiled nature. It is prohibited to exercise any form of pressure on man or to exploit his poverty or ignorance in order to force him to change his religion to another religion or to atheism.

ARTICLE 12:

Every man shall have the right, within the framework of the Shari'ah, to free movement and to select his place of residence whether within or outside his country and if persecuted, is entitled to seek asylum in another country. The country of refuge shall be obliged to provide protection to the asylum-seeker until his safety has been attained, unless asylum is motivated by committing an act regarded by the Shari'ah as a crime. ARTICLE 22:

(a) Everyone shall have the right to express his opinion freely in such manner as would not be contrary to the principles of the Shari'ah.

1. Everyone shall have the right to advocate what is right, and propagate what is good, and warn against what is wrong and evil according to the norms of Islamic Shari'ah.

ARTICLE 24:

All the rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the Islamic Shari'ah.

ARTICLE 25:

The Islamic Shari'ah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this Declaration.

This in effect puts the world under Muslim domination and control. And the UN is set to throw out the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and adopt as its standard the Cairo Declaration.

This will be the first step for the Muslim nations of the world to seize full control over all the non-Muslim nations, forcing each and every one of them to adopt strict Shar'ia law. Forcing one half of the Human Race, women, into second-class citizenship. And destroying the ideals of democracy and freedom that this world as been striving towards for the last 200 years.

Just another reason, one of many that US support for the UN should end. The United Nations Human Rights Council is a misnomer. It should be called the Shar'ia Law Enforcement Agency.

A Ceasefire? A Temporary Relaxation? Hello, Who's Relaxing Here?!

A ceasefire, violating the relaxation, opening the crossing points, closing and reopening them, and closing them again. "Red Color" alarm, a Kassam being fired, a direct hit on a house, mortar shells being fired...
These were a few characteristics of the ceasefire or temporary relaxation. The question is: Who does it apply to? The residents of Sderot and the Gaza Region are very familiar with the situation, so every harsh violation of the ceasefire doesn't surprise them, and keeps reminding them of the feeling of frustration, which they have been experiencing for the past 8 years.

The ceasefire, which began on the 19th of June, is supposed to end on the 19th of December 2008. According to data from the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center, the ceasefire has been violated 13 times so far. Only last week, 6 Kassam missiles and 13 mortar shells were fired towards Israel. Israel responds by closing the crossing points for a few hours after each violation. According to evaluations, the Palestinians smuggle weapons and ammunition, and use the ceasefire for arming and training, in preparation for stormy days.

Hello, Who's Relaxing Here?!

After a few days of complete silence, the "Red Color" alarm went off. As I watched the people run for cover, their faces showed surprise, amazement, and acceptance. Acceptance of a situation that is not going to change soon, even if it's called by different names: Relaxation, ceasefire, Tahadia.

I've spoken to Dr. Adrianna Katz, director of the Sderot Health Center, and asked her if there were any changes in the residents' mental state since the beginning of the relaxation. Dr. Katz claims that the relaxation, as it is today, isn't providing any help to improve the mental state.

Is there a difference in the number of demands for treatment, compared to the past?

"The difference is expressed by the fact that we don't open the emergency center. The people are ok without the "Red Color" alarm, but each time it goes off, they go back a few steps. Furthermore, we've recently received treatment demands from people who were present at the Kassam attack which killed Mordehai Yosefov and the child Afik Zehavi R.I.P, 4 years ago (28/6/08). They came to realize what happened, and they are dealing with how they feel about it, right in the time of ceasefire".

Is it true that the anxiety increases during times of relaxation?

"Not for everyone. If we could define this relaxation as a real relaxation, we might've been finally able to discuss real post traumatic symptoms (since the attacks don't stop completely, the trauma is still present, and there isn't a 'post trauma' stage - M.O) but apparently we can't. Every few days, the alarm goes off, or mortar shells Kassam missiles fall".

What happens to people during times of relaxation? Do they repress their feelings of anxiety?

"Some of the people don't truly believe in the relaxation, so they can't really relax. I'm talking about mental relaxation. It's like anticipation for something to happen, because it's impossible for it not to happen. That feeling doesn't allow you to live in peace and serenity. It's a feeling of uncertainty, which leads to lack of confidence. Instead of thinking 'what will happen', they think: 'when will it happen?', and it's not a good thing".

Country's Anxiety

The anxiety doesn't remain only in Sderot. It is carried by people who work in the city, and is taken back with them to their homes. According to Dr. Katz, the anxiety will spread across the entire country. "The uncertainty, and everything that's been going on for 8 years, is much bigger than a Kassam missile which is being fired from Beit Hanun. It's one gigantic Kassam missile, and we can't predict where it's going to hit. I believe that today we can talk about anxiety which is present across the country. You can witness a variety of threats every day in the news, starting from an earthquake in China all the way to the Iranian threat. We live in an era which ignites the anxiety".

What do you feel when you hear the "Red Color" alarm?

"At first, I didn't feel anything. I didn't pay attention to it. It was like child's play to me. I didn't know what a Kassam missile was. Now, even more than I fear the Kassam, I feel humiliated - humiliated, because I have to hide under the desk, or run to the protected room. Today, I feel the mental exhaustion which is the result of 8 years of war. No one is immune to this reality. One time, during an interview to the Galei Tzahal radio station, I was asked: 'How come professional people get scared?' The question frustrated me, but I politely replied that a professional person is a human being, and obviously is affected by fear, anxiety, and by questions that cause discomfort".

Are these feelings present during times of relaxation, too?"

"You feel it during times of relaxation, too. I say to myself: 'the beeper doesn't beep anymore', and after the third day it does beep and tells me about a direct hit on a home. Then, I tell myself that it's not going to be over soon, and ask myself what's going to become of us? I think that the Israeli people's compass has broken down completely. Not long ago, I didn't feel this way, but after 8 years of seeing that things aren't changing for good, but for worse, you just can't believe it. I started feeling this way 4 years ago, after a Kassam missile hit, when I realized that the same Kassam which is being prepared in a kitchen, can also cause death".

How many anxiety victims contact you?

"Many bodies which deal with mental health have arrived in Sderot. They receive patients as well, so our numbers went down a bit. We have approximately 100 people on our waiting list. Besides them, we don't see many new people, from reasons I don't know".

Apparently, the decrease in the amount of demands for treatment is due to the emigration out of the city. Approximately 1500 patients are receiving treatments at the mental health center, and the numbers are rising. We didn't get a precise answer to how many anxiety victims live in Sderot, because most cases aren't reported. 70%-94% of the children are anxiety victims. Dr. Katz says that even during this time of relaxation, the mental damage can be minimized by group therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment and body relaxation treatment.

In December 2007, a missile landed directly on the Amar family's home - 11.5 years old Liz's neighbors. The house remained damaged for 5 months, and a month ago, after much negotiation with the property tax people, the repairs have finally begun. The missiles' threat and its consequences are very familiar to Liz. She knows that the same type of Kassam missile which landed near her home, can hit her home, too, in the future. The damaged Amar home serves as a daily reminder to this. "The truth is that it's hard living here, and despite the people who say that a ceasefire is taking place, missiles are being fired at us, and the other side says it's by mistake. You can't go outside to play, and everything feels closed. The difference between a child from Sderot and a child from another city is that the child from another city can go outside and play anytime he/she wishes, and the children of Sderot run every 5 minutes".

Liz Sasson, 11.5, Doesn't Believe the Palestinians

Do you believe in the ceasefire?

I think that the Palestinians can't be trusted. For them it's a real ceasefire. They use it to arm themselves, and once it'll be over, they'll fire everything at us. My mom and I say that this is simply the silence before the storm. We won't do anything to them, and in the meantime, they'll pull out pipes, prepare Kassam missiles, and fire them at us".

What do you do when the alarm goes off?

"When the alarm goes off, you need to run in order for the Kassam missile not to hit you or near you, and you need to find a bomb shelter or a protected space".

Danny Dahan, Chairman of Small Businesses, Sderot. Realistic

Danny Dahan, who was born in Sderot and lives in Kibbutz Or Hane'r (which is considered a part of the Gaza Region), arrives to Sderot every day in order to manage the family business, a supermarket.

Can you feel the relaxation?

"On the day the relaxation was declared, media from all over the country arrived at my supermarket. They asked the clients for their opinion, and I stood and watched. The clients replied: 'Forget it, it's not going to happen, it's not going to last, it's nothing.' I couldn't see optimism in their eyes, and it's not because the people of Sderot aren't optimistic. The people of Sderot are the most optimistic people there are, because if they weren't, they wouldn't have been living here. However, they are being realistic, and they know that both our government and the Hamas have lost the public's trust. The Hamas violates the relaxation, and the Israeli government doesn't do anything about these violations. There's no doubt that we can feel the relaxation - Less Kassam missiles are being fired at us". Danny emphasizes that the people of Sderot wish for relaxation, and grasp it with both hands, but they are also realistic, and so they remain alert and prepare themselves for the next Kassam missile.

"We don't believe, and when there's no belief, there's expectation, instead. Give me the Kassam missile already, and let's get it over with".

Relaxation is simply a word. The question is: Are the residents of Sderot relaxed? According to Danny, they aren't. "Our state of relaxation isn't related to the fact that more or less Kassam missiles are being fired. The relaxation is supposed to help us sleep better at nights. If I'm still not allowing my children to play outside, it means that I'm not relaxed. If I'm not going out with my wife and leaving my children with a babysitter, it means that I'm not relaxed. If our family is like a single parent family, because one of us has to stay with the children and the other has to go to work, it means that I'm not relaxed. I don't call it 'a relaxation'. I call it a type of 'pause'. Indeed, there are less fired missiles, but the relaxation is limited to half a year, and that time is almost over. What's going to happen afterwards?".

What do you think needs to happen in order for the situation to change?

I think that there needs to be a war, and then I foresee peace. That's how it's like in the world, there's war and afterwards there's peace. We have been preparing ourselves for war for 8 years. There isn't a single person in the city that hasn't experienced a Kassam missile hitting nearby. We don't know what's going to happen to us in case a war breaks, but we're willing to take it. There will be casualties on both sides, and in the end, we'll sit around a table, discuss and plan the future. Either a longer pause for a few years, or the peace we have long been wishing for. It's a procedure that needs to take place, otherwise nothing is going to change. This is the reality.

Gad Yanai, 9.5, Lives in Sderot and Doesn't Feel Safe During the Present Ceasefire

Sometimes it's calm, and sometimes a lot of Kassam missiles hit us, but we can survive. A child that lives in Tel Aviv can sleep peacefully and has nothing to fear from when he goes outside to play. A child from Sderot won't go outside to play, because he fears to die from a Kassam missile. That child won't fall asleep at night, either, because he's too scared to not hear the alarm going off".

What is it like to live here, when you have only 15 seconds to take cover?

"Some people get used to it, and some people are scared. We have all sorts of drills at school and at home, testing the public address system and etc. When the "Red Color" alarm goes off, I fear that I won't make it to a protected place, and when I do make it, I pray and recite 'Hear O Israel' (Shma' Israel) and Song of Degrees

(Shir Hama'alot).

Two years ago, a Kassam missile had landed in Yanai's yard. His dog, Kate, was injured from shrapnel, and she goes berserk every time the alarm goes off. This March, a Kassam missile had landed on the house's third floor, and luckily, it didn't explode.

Do you believe in the ceasefire?

For me, the ceasefire is a lie, because we can hear nearby booms at nights, and they say that either the ceasefire is only for a few hours, or that Kassam missiles have landed". Yanai says that he's not feeling safe during the ceasefire, because the Palestinians can surprise them with a Kassam missile barrage. "They are gathering Kassam missiles right now, so they will be able to launch them at us".

What do you think we can do?

"If all the people of Sderot would gather together, go to the prime minister and make noise around him, like the noise of the Kassam missiles which we live with, maybe it would encourage him to order a larger scale operation in Gaza, and we will finally be able to live in peace, with no fear".

Time will tell about the consequences of the relaxation. It might be just a pause, or perhaps it's the beginning of a new era. What's important is that during the writing of these lines, there's silence. As relative as it is, it allows us to take a breath and gather up strength for the next round.

The people of Sderot and the Western Negev have had enough! In a cease-fire both sides have to stop fighting, not just one. The world stands by and applauds Hamas for killing innocent civilians but condemns Israel for retaliating against this injustice. Anti-Semities like former President Jimmy Carter and Presumptive Democratic Party Nominee Barack Hussein Obama applaud and dance for joy each time a Jewish man, woman or child is maimed or killed by these thugs. On his last trip to the Middle East, Jimmy Carter saluted the men who bomb Israel on a daily basis.

I have heard of many crazy plots to kill people, but the Iranians have gone to the extreme on this one.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was the target of an 'X-ray plot' when he attended a UN-sponsored global food summit in Rome earlier this month, Iran's former ambassador to Italy, Abolfazl Zohrevand, claimed Monday.
"A day before Ahmadinejad's arrival in Rome, I checked and found out that the (security) X-ray machines installed gave off too powerful radiation. It measured over 900 instead of 300 as normal," Zohrevand told Iran's IRNA news agency.

"We changed the machine, thinking that it was faulty, but realized the rays were being remotely controlled," he said.

"Bearing in mind that rays of over 1,500 are extremely dangerous to human life, this makes us think there was a plot," Zohrevand continued.

There are easier ways to kill someone than using X-rays. Poison in the food and drink comes to my mind first. A bullet or bomb would be just as effective.

Zohrevand has plots on the brain disease. Everything is a plot against Iran and Ahmadinejad. Everyone is out to kill Ahmadinejad. Well, that might be true. The US is getting ready to attack Iran. Actually Israel is getting ready to attack Iran, the US just might help Israel.

But neither nation would use X-rays to kill him.
