Many years ago I was an adult sponsor for Teens Aid Retarded (TARs). These young people were such a delight to work with and to be around. They are a joy to all who enter their world!

To reflect the true nature of these children's state, the proper description should rather be "Up syndrome" - because these children make all who know them feel "up"! They are all a delight - for those in the know.
