U.S. "Chose to Stay Silent" on Muslim Persecution of Christians: November 2013

A Christian college professor in India was finally acquitted of all blasphemy charges, although is still missing an arm -- cut off by a group of men, following accusations that some of his exams contained offensive questions about Islam's prophet Muhammad.

According to the founder of the Maspero Union, an activist movement in Egypt, targeting Christians in the context of seizing their money and their property is seen "as a religious duty."
The rise of endemic Christian persecution in the Middle East was noted in November when Roman Catholic Pope Francis declared "We will not resign ourselves to imagining a Middle East without Christians" and stressed the importance of "the universal right to lead a dignified life and freely practice one's own faith" after meeting with patriarchs from Syria, Iran, and Iraq -- all countries where Christian minorities are under attack.
Powers best placed to do something about the plight of Mideast Christians, however —namely, the U.S. administration—made it clear that they would do nothing, even when well-leveraged to do so.
In November, the wife of American Pastor Saeed Abedini, who has been imprisoned in Iran for over a year for practicing Christianity, said she and her family were devastated after learning that the Obama administration did not even try to secure the release of her husband as part of the newly signed deal on Iran's nuclear program.

"The talks over Iran's nuclear program were seen by his [Abedini's] family and those representing them as one of the most promising avenues yet for securing his release," said Fox News. "But the White House confirmed over the weekend that Abedini's status was not on the table during those talks."
"I don't think we have any more leverage," said Abedini's wife. "We now have to consider other avenues and having other countries speak out because our country, when we could have used our leverage, chose to stay silent."

The rest of November's roundup of Muslim persecution of Christians around the world includes (but is not limited to) the following accounts, listed by theme and country in alphabetical order, not necessarily according to severity:

Islamic Attacks on Christian Places of Worship

Lebanon: An unidentified attacker firebombed the reception area of the newly built Christian cathedral of the town's patron Saint, Mar Zakhya. Despite the loud boom heard in the town's main square, there was limited damage; some building material used for the building process of the cathedral was destroyed. Although Lebanon was a Christian-majority country in the mid-20th century, today it is roughly 60% Muslim, 40% Christian.

Sudan: Police and security forces used a truck and two Land Cruisers to batter down the fence around Khartoum Bahri Evangelical Church, before breaking into the church and beating and arresting the Christians present, as Muslim onlookers shouted "Allahu Akbar" ("Allah is Greater!"). The government, which has been destroying or taking over church buildings in retaliation to the secession of the mainly Christian South Sudan in July 2011, is believed to be behind the move, on the pretext that parts of the church's property actually belong to a Muslim business investor.

Syria: Nine children were killed and 27 people wounded after Islamic rebels targeted and fired mortar rounds at the St. John of Damascus Christian School and its school bus. Also, the aftermath of the rebel invasion and occupation of the city of Qamishli in the northeast near the Turkish border included, among other atrocities, such as beheadings, churches bombed, abductions and rapes, beheading Christians, and their clergy, as well as the destruction of all Christian icons in the local church and the theft of the church's most prized possession, a reportedly two-thousand year-old icon of the face of Christ.
Turkey: Historically the oldest Christian place of worship in Istanbul, the ancient monastery of San Giovanni in Studion founded in 462, currently classified as a museum, is now going to serve as a mosque. This would be the third ancient Christian building and heritage site set to be transformed into a mosque. Earlier it was announced that the ancient churches of Hagia Sophia (St. Sophia) in Trabzon and in Iznik would also be turned into mosques.

Islamic Attacks on Christian Freedom: Apostasy, Blasphemy, Proselytism

India: TJ Joseph, a Christian college professor, was finally acquitted of all blasphemy charges, although he is still missing an arm. Back in 2010 he had his right hand and part of his arm cut off by a group of men, following accusations that some of his exams contained offensive questions about Islam's prophet Muhammad. Although he had apologized, after he was mutilated, his college also fired him. According to one source: the most serious aspects of this episode "was the attitude of the police, who registered the complaint against him and also arrested him, and of the institution, which has suspended him from duty. Fortunately, the Mahatma Gandhi University, to which Newman College is affiliated, revoked the decision of the school authorities and has offered him his job back."

Iran: The fate of Hossein Saketi Aramsari, a Christian known as "Stephen" among his friends, remained unknown. Iran's secret police arrested him in July 2013, on suspicion that he was engaging in "evangelistic activities." According to sources, apparently to increase pressure on him, authorities transferred him from one jail to another; he has also been in solitary confinement. Then, in October, a judge of the local Revolutionary Court "officially charged him with doing evangelism." It is believed that he is currently held in the same prison where Benham Irani, another Christian "prisoner of conscience" is being held, abused, and refused medical treatment, also on the charge of proselytizing. Explaining this rise in crackdowns on evangelizing, Mohabat News said, "Conversion of youth and their families has become a major concern for the Iranian security authorities and Islamic leaders." Separately, a former Muslim and drug addict, Armin Davoodi -- who had twice attempted to commit suicide before he converted to Christianity at a rehabilitation center (at the hands of another former Muslim and formerly drug-addicted woman, who had earlier become Christian) -- was, according to those close to him, falsely convicted of selling drugs in the facility, severely beaten, and sentenced to prison, after authorities learned that he had begun to proselytize in the rehabilitation center. Police also temporarily arrested his parents at their home and confiscated his personal belongings, including the Bibles he used to take to the rehabilitation center. Relatives with strong government connections were able to get him released under many conditions, including the requirement that he state in writing that Christians had misled him into the faith and that he would never again go to a church or talk to other Muslims about the Gospel, and that if he did, he would be executed by the state. He agreed to their proposal and has since fled.

Pakistan: Blasphemy cases against Christians have reached an all-time high. Four such cases were reported in November; a number, according to activists, four times higher than the monthly average recorded over the past two years. Activists and clergy further stressed that the overwhelming majority of blasphemy accusations are being used as "instruments of revenge" against Christians, as a sure way to see them get punished for whatever real or imagined grievance the accusing Muslims might have. Separately, Younis Masih, a 35-year-old Christian who had been imprisoned and sentenced to death on blasphemy charges since 2005, was finally released after judges decreed he did not blaspheme Islam. He and his family are still in hiding, as some Muslims are still seeking to kill him despite his being cleared of the blasphemy charge. According to Masih: "I have four children and I have no job, no one is helping me. I live with the fear of being killed." In the words of his lawyer: "Christians in Pakistan fear threats, attacks, violence, discrimination and hatred. The law of blasphemy is always a sword of Damocles hanging over their heads: Their life is not safe even after their release from prison."

Somalia: A Muslim convert to Christianity living in Mogadishu was killed by Islamic gunmen accusing him of spreading the faith. Two men armed with pistols shot Abdikhani Hassan, 35, seven times as he approached his home, after he closed his pharmacy. He is survived by his wife, who is pregnant, and five children ranging in age from 3 to 12. He and his wife converted to Christianity in 2000. Before killing him, one of the assailants told a neighbor, "We have information that Hassan is spreading wrong religion to our people, and we are looking for him." According to a source, "The men who murdered Abdikhani [Hassan] are suspected to be Al Shabaab militia," the Somali wing of al-Qaeda which has vowed to "cleanse" the country of any Christian presence.

Turkey: A Christian pastor was reportedly arrested on charges of organizing human trafficking and prostitution. The Christian community of Agape (or "Brotherly Love") Church, where Orhan Picaklar, 42, is pastor, insists that he is innocent, and that "the allegations are entirely instrumental, as the Pastor was under observation for suspected 'illegal missionary activity.'" Later, the church where the Agape community meets was damaged by vandals, even though the congregation had obtained the formal status of "association" in 2005: as with other Christian communities in Turkey, the government does not grant official recognition of "church" to new communities.

Dhimmitude

Central African Republic: At least 450,000 Christians have fled their homes in the 80% Christian-majority nation since the Islamic takeover in March 2013. Then, Seleka—a coalition of local and foreign Arabic-speaking Islamic militias—seized control of the capital, Bangui, in an orgy of violence, bloodshed, and rape, against Christians. As one analyst put it, "But Seleka does not rape, loot and kill indiscriminately. Rather, Seleka attacks Christians and spares Muslims, causing traditional community trust to evaporate, and creating a sectarian tinderbox." Christians, however, who make the majority of the African nation, are fighting back, leading to an extremely volatile situation. Christian Bishop Albert Vanbuel stated, "a rebellion of religious extremism with evil intentions, characterized by profanation and planned destruction of religious buildings, especially Catholic and Protestant churches" is now in power.

Egypt: Three months after the Egyptian military liberated Delga from Muslim Brotherhood supporters and sympathizers—who were forcing Christians to pay jizya, or tribute [tax], to stay alive—they continued to terrorize Christians in other towns across Egypt. Especially throughout regions in Upper Egypt, such as Minya, extortionists using the threat of kidnap, torture and murder seized money, land and other property from Christians. One Copt was tied by his kidnappers as they repeatedly shot an automatic rifle next to his ear. According to the Morning Star News, "Besides the emotional damage he suffered, the shockwaves exiting the rifle combined with the muzzle blast shattered the Christian's eardrums and burned his face. The Copt begged his family to gather the ransom money, and eventually they paid the kidnappers some 50,000 Egyptian pounds (US$7,260). He returned to his family shattered and unable to speak of the ordeal until recently." According to the founder of the Maspero Union, an activist movement that played an important role in mobilizing the June 30 Revolution, targeting Christians in the context of seizing their money and property is seen "as a religious duty." The director of a human rights organization in Upper Egypt said, "This past month alone, we had nine cases of kidnapping in Minya, and they all paid their ransom, which was between 100,000 and 250,000 Egyptian pounds [US$14,500 to $36,300] for each case." Separately in Minya, after a Coptic boy was accused of being in a relationship with a Muslim girl, "Muslims burnt down the house of the boy's father and an adjacent house."

Nigeria: After kidnapping a teenage Christian girl named Hajja, members of the Boko Haram terrorist organization kept her as a slave, eventually putting a knife to her throat and offering her one of two choices: convert to Islam or die. "If I cried, they beat me. If I spoke, they beat me. They told me I must become a Muslim but I refused again and again… They were about to slaughter me and one of them begged me not to resist and just before I had my throat slit I relented. They put a veil on me and made me read from the Koran." According to Reuters, "She ceremonially converted to Islam, cooked for the men, carried ammunition during an attack on a police outpost and was about to be married to one of the insurgents before she managed to engineer a dramatic escape. She says she was not raped." Recounting how her captors used her to lure people into traps, the 19-year-old told Reuters, and "They took them back to a cave and tied them up. They cut their throats, one at a time. I thought my heart would burst out of my chest, because I was the bait." Among those who did the slaughtering was the Muslim wife of a leader, the only other woman in the band of jihadi terrorists. Separately, a Baptist high school principal and some teachers were beaten to a "pulp" and "state of coma" at the hands of "unknown persons," who used axes, among other weapons. The reason was that the school had earlier sent home a female student for wearing a veil, or Islamic hijab, while on school premises. Finally, over 70 Christians were killed by what were described as "Islamic extremists": Boko Haram terrorists killed 34 Christians in Borno State, while "Muslim herdsmen" slaughtered 37 Christians, injured dozens, and looted and destroyed their homes, in coordinated attacks on four Plateau State villages.

Pakistan: An entire Christian community has been forced to flee a Lyarni neighborhood known as the "slaughter house," due to the endemic killings, rapes of young girls, thefts, drug dealing, and extortions. Before surrounding Muslims began their incursions, the residential area was 90% Christian, 10% Hindu, with four churches and three temples. "It is almost empty now," said an elder of a Christian family. "We all are separated now. We won't be reunited again." "A lot of the families have left the compound since 2008, after their daughters were kidnapped and raped," said another community elder. "No one knows where they have gone." He recalled an incident when a teenage girl, who was dancing at her brother's wedding, was kidnapped. "Her parents, brother and relatives cried and appealed to the kidnappers but they didn't listen," he narrated. "She was dishonoured and was left outside the compound the next morning. That family was never seen in the city again."

About this Series

While not all, or even most, Muslims are involved, the persecution of Christians in the Islamic world is on its way to reaching pandemic proportions. "Muslim Persecution of Christians" was developed to collate some—by no means all—of the instances of persecution that surface each month. It serves two purposes:
  1. To document that which the mainstream media often seems to fail to report.
  2. To suggest that such persecution is not random but systematic.
These accounts span different ethnicities, languages, and locations.

First Judea And Samaria, Then The Old City, Now The Kotel.

With each passing day the PA adds a demand to their growing list of demands in order to have a 2-State Solution.  First it was the whole of Judea and Samaria, the old Law of Return, No buffer zone, the Jordan Valley, East Jerusalem, and now:  The Kotel.
A top Palestinian Authority official said that the PA was demanding sovereignty over all areas of Jerusalem Israel liberated in the Six Day War, including the Kotel (Western Wall).

Speaking to Channel Ten, Mahmoud al-Habbash, Minister of Holy Places in the PA, said that “there will be no peace until the end of the Israeli occupation that began in 1967. Every piece of land that Israel conquered then belongs to the Palestinians.” That includes Jerusalem, “the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Western Wall.”

Asked what would happen if Jews wished to pray at the Wall, al-Habbash said “they will be welcome, there will be no problem. There will be no limitations on freedom of religion and worship. Religious ceremonies are one thing, and politics are another.”

Under the Oslo Accords, Israelis are supposed to have access to several religious sites in PA-controlled areas of Judea and Samaria. In actuality, however, Jews are almost completely banned from these sites, including the Tomb of Joseph in Shechem and the Tomb of Joshua in Kifl Hares. Jews are rarely allowed to visit these sites, and then only under very strict security conditions. Several Jews, including Rabbi Hillel Lieberman h”yd, have been killed in area of Joseph's Tomb.

With that, Channel Ten quoted sources in the PA that most of the issues brought up in the negotiations being conducted by US Secretary of State John Kerry, including land swaps, have been resolved. But the Palestinians are insisting that all areas of Jerusalem liberated in the Six Day War, including the Jewish Quarter, the Kotel, and Jewish neighborhoods such as French Hill, Ramat Eshkol, and Har Homa be placed under PA sovereignty. Kerry has spent much time and effort in trying to come to a compromise on Jerusalem, but has so far failed, PA sources said.

Speaking to Channel Ten, the PA's Jerusalem Minister, Abu-Ala, said that the current round of negotiations was one of the most intense ever between Israel and the PA, thanks to the strenuous efforts of Kerry to get the two sides to agree to a negotiation framework.

But he said that effort came with a risk.

“Given the intensity with which the Americans are approaching this, there will probably be undesirable consequences if the talks fail.”

SOURCE
Giving John Kerry's desire for the Nobel Peace Prize I wouldn't put it pass him to add this to the list of demands he will try to push onto Israel.

I do believe it is time for Israel to leave the negotiations permanently.  They are getting nothing but a piece of paper for Obama to wave in the air crying:  "Peace in our lifetime!"  And Israel will get the shaft as the Fakistinians will use their newly formed nation to finish the job Hitler started in 1933.

Nonie Darwish Speaks out on our Troubling Immigration Policy

Gary Fouse

Nonie Darwish, an Egyptian-American apostate from Islam, has written the below article for Frontpage Magazine, in which she criticizes President Obama's policies toward the Middle East and, in particular, our immigration policy. She points out that Egyptian Christians are having problems getting their applications approved at the same time that a new policy has been issued that loosens restrictions for those found to have "provided limited material support" to terrorists.

Amazing.

http://www.frontpagemag.com/2014/nonie-darwish/jihad-migrating-to-red-states-with-obamas-blessing/

What I miss here is the reference in the title of bringing immigrants into red  (Republican) states, but it could very well be the case. Refugee groups like Somalis have been settled in places like Minneapolis, Denver, and other cities. If Obama wants to change the demographics in red states, what easier way to do it?

"What is also strange is the US State Department is not welcoming fleeing Christians in the Middle East as they should. Most of the visa applications submitted by the desperate and oppressed Egyptian Christians are denied. It was reported that only about 800 to 900 applications were approved by the US for Christian Egyptian immigrants out of 20,000 applications."

Outrageous. Can we expect the same hurdles for Jews trying to immigrate from Europe? It simply defies common sense. The administration  is trying to open the floodgates for Muslims from terror-spawning nations even in the wake of 9-11 and the Boston Marathon attack while neglecting the persecuted Christians. What's more, we are also increasing the numbers of people who will become agitators for groups like CAIR, more radical Middle East Studies professors, more imams to preach Wahhabi Islam in our mosques and more agitators against our ally Israel on college campuses.

Downright stupefying.

Make no mistake. This policy will result in the deaths of more innocent Americans down the road when one (or more) of these favored immigrants will carry out an act of Jihad on our streets. It borders on criminal negligence.

Iranian Chihuahua Barks Loudly At American Rottweiler.

It is usually amusing to watch a Chihuahua bark at a Rottweiler.  One knows that if the Rottweiler gets too annoyed at the Chihuahua, he will raise his paw and swipe the yapping dog.  That would do the trick and the Chihuahua would get the hint that to leave the Rottweiler alone.

Iran is behaving like a Chihuahua.  They have gotten the restrictive sanctions lifted without doing anything.  And now Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps Navy Commander Ali Fadavi has decided to impersonate a Chihuahua and bark at the United States.
On Sunday, Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps Navy Commander Ali Fadavi said that the US knows that its aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf would be sunk if it launched a military strike on Iran.

“The Americans can sense by all means how their warships will be sunk with 5,000 crews and forces in combat against Iran and how they should find its hulk in the depths of the sea,” said Fadavi, according to Fars news agency.

“They cannot hide themselves in the sea since the entire Middle East region, western Europe, the Persian Gulf, the Sea of Oman and the Straits of Hormuz are monitored by us and there is no place for them to hide.”

Also Sunday, Iran’s Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan touted the Iranian military’s ability to respond to an American attack, Fars reported.

“The Iranian Armed Forces are an intertwined and coherent complex that can give a decisive response to any threat at any level and any place under the command of the Commander-in-Chief,” Dehqan said in a ceremony marking the 35th anniversary of the revolution that brought the current Islamic regime to power.

“The enemy can never assess and think of the range of the response given by the powerful and mighty Armed Forces of the Islamic Iran,” he added.

The bellicose rhetoric follows Saturday’s announcement by an Iranian admiral that Iran had dispatched warships to the North Atlantic, while Iran’s spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei denounced the Americans as liars who, while professing to be friends of Iran, would bring down his regime if they could. He also said it was “amusing” that the US thought Iran would reduce its “defensive capabilities.”

On Friday, Iranian state TV ran a documentary featuring a computerized video of Iran’s drones and missiles bombing Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ben Gurion Airport and the Dimona nuclear reactor in a hypothetical retaliation for an Israeli or American strike on the Islamic Republic.

Iranian drones and missiles are also shown carrying out simulated strikes on the American aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, downing American aircraft and striking American military targets in the Persian Gulf.

The film, entitled “The Nightmare of Vultures,” opens with Supreme Leader Khamenei addressing military academy graduates in 2011, warning: “Anybody who thinks of attacking the Islamic Republic of Iran should be prepared to receive strong slaps and iron fists from the Armed Forces.”

Click here if video fails to load.

“And America, its regional puppets and its guard dog – the Zionist regime – should know that the response of the Iranian nation to any kind of aggression, attacks or even threats will be a response that will make them collapse from within,” the film shows him saying.

Set to dramatic music, the video shows Iranian drones and missiles carrying out strikes against Tel Aviv’s Kikar Hamedina square, the Azrieli Towers skyscrapers, and the IDF’s Kirya central command complex, as well as Ben Gurion International Airport, Haifa’s Technion, several army and air force bases, and the nuclear reactor in Dimona.

The strike on the Israel’s central command building is shown taking place while former prime minister Ehud Olmert and former defense minister Amir Peretz — who served in that capacity during the 2006 Second Lebanon War — are inside convening a meeting.

SOURCE
I guess that nobody has ever told Ali Fadavi what the might of the United States Navy is.  And I'm just talking about the Navy.  Forget combining it with the United States Marines, Army and Air Force.  The US Navy could wipe out Iran just by itself.

The Warrior Song - Leviathan

Click here if the video fails to load.

It is a shame that the United States is lead by that coward Barack Hussein Obama.  For the Iranians could destroy every ship in the Navy and most of our coastal cities and he would do nothing.  In fact he would surrender to them.  For if we had a real leader he would remind this idiot that any attack on a US ship would result in Tehran become a glowing crater.

The Islamic Terror Threat Against the Winter Olympics

Gary Fouse
fousesquawk
http://garyfouse.blogspot.com

Hat tip Frontpage Magazine

Muslim apostate Nonie Darwish has written an interesting and provocative article on the Islamic terror threat against the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

http://www.frontpagemag.com/2014/nonie-darwish/the-islamic-grinch-who-stole-the-olympics/

Darwish, who was born in Egypt and is now an American citizen, left her religion of birth when she could not reconcile the fact that she was expected to hate Christians and Jews. It just didn't measure up to what she had been experiencing in the US where she was making friends with people of different religions.

It is outrageous that the athletes and other visitors to Russia have to go through these Olympics in such a climate of fear. Of course, we remember the last Olympics that was victim of Islamic terrorism (Munich 1972). So why should we not talk about it? Why don't the so-called moderate Muslims who run all these so-called mainstream organizations in the US like CAIR and MPAC speak out forcefully against these terror threats instead of endlessly complaining about Islamophobia? They cannot even define the term lest any serious discussion of it make it clear why so many have to live their daily lives in fear, such as Christians in the Middle East or Olympic athletes in Russia. Are they afraid? Yes. What are they afraid of? Being killed by some fanatical Muslim suicide bomber or having their churches burned down with them inside.

Irrational fear? Hardly. It is quite real, and it is all very simple. Who needs a center for research and documentation of Islamophobia at UC Berkeley to figure it all out?

Of course, we all concede that there are millions of innocent Muslims living in the US and the West who wish us no harm. The term Islamophobia should not mean a hatred for all Muslims, rather a rational fear of a supremacist, totalitarian and violent ideology that must never be allowed to gain a foothold in the free West. Unfortunately, until decent Muslims can manage to seize control of their religion from the Ayman al Zawahiris, Yusuf al Qaradawis, Hamas, the religious bigots, and the black widows of the world, suspicion is a fact of life they will unfortunately have to live with. In fact, they are irrelevant to the discussion.

As long as Christians, Baha'i, Jews, and gays have to live in fear of persecution in Muslim majority lands, as long as Sunni Muslims and Shia Muslims kill each other, as long as the civilized world has to live under the threat of Islamic terror, as long as mosques and madrassahs are used to spread hatred of others, as long as loudmouths like Anjem Choudary promise an Islamic takover of the West and installation of Sharia law, and as long as events like the Boston Marathon and the Olympics cannot be held free of the threat of bombs going off, there will be Islamophobia. And it is we who will define it-not CAIR and not some professors in Berkeley or any other university.

Kerry Playing With Fire In Middle East ~~~ By J. D. Longstreet

Stolen From Faultline USA

In a few days or a few weeks, the Obama Administration will present Israel and the so-called Palestinians with something referred to as a "framework agreement."

The diplomats, (diplomats = People paid to lie for their country) explain that it is called a framework because the eventual peace agreement would be built upon this agreement. In other words, it is the framework for the eventual peace agreement between Israel and the so-called Palestinians.

Uh-huh.

This "agreement" is bad for Israel and bad for the US. Here's why:

Far from bringing peace to Israel and the so-called Palestinians, it could just as likely bring renewed fighting between the two and more trouble for the US.

In its arrogance, the Obama Administration wants this agreement signed before the end of the year (2014). The ridiculousness of this is laughable. Once again, the US has amateurs at work defusing a bomb.

Already, Israeli Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon, has declared that “it is not going to happen.” SOURCE

Let's take a look at the outlandish terms of the framework agreement.

"Kerry’s agreement mentions a Palestinian state with borders based on the 1949 Armistice lines and with land swaps between Israel and the PA. 75 to 80 percent of the Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria would remain in their homes even after a permanent agreement." SOURCE

There is said to be a reference to the PA’s "incitement" against Israel and a reference to compensation for Jewish refugees who came from Arab countries. Each side would recognize the other as a nation state. and the two sides would announce the end of the conflict.

From israelnationalnews.com we learn this: "US Secretary of State John Kerry is about to present a plan for peace between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA) that will call for a phased Israeli withdrawal from Judea and Samaria based on the 1949 lines, with "unprecedented" security arrangements in the strategic Jordan Valley, writes Thomas Friedman in the New York Times – one of the journalists considered most close to the Obama administration.

The Israeli withdrawal will not include certain settlement blocs, but Israel will compensate the Arab side for this with Israeli territory. The deal will call for “Palestine” to have a capital in Arab East Jerusalem and to recognize Israel as the nation state of the Jewish people. It will not include any right of return for Palestinian refugees into pre-1967 Israel, Friedman says." SOURCE

So, Kerry and Obama want to divide the city of Jerusalem ... AGAIN. It is reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu adamantly rejects the division of the city of Jerusalem.

Oh, and Kerry's plan calls for Israeli troops to patrol the Jordan Valley for some years into the future. As you would expect the so-called Palestinians adamantly reject that.

Netanyahu is walking on egg shells in even considering this "agreement." It could easily tear apart his coalition. Already, tension within the Israeli political community has been ratcheting upward for at least a week upon this writing.

On the other hand, if Netanyahu says no to the plan, then European nations could invoke a boycott on Israeli goods to "punish" Israel for not agreeing to the Obama/Kerry plan. Yes. This IS the same Europe where anti-Semitism runs rampant -- even today. There is an excellent article entitled: "White House Is Weeks Away From Imposing Middle East Peace Framework – What You Need To Know" at Prophecy News Watch that explains the "agreement" in much more detail. We urge you to read it. You'll find it here.

Now, it is important that the world understand this ... neither side wants peace now. Somehow, Kerry seems to have missed this tiny detail. Come on, folks. If either side truly wanted peace they could, and would, work it out between themselves without the meddling of the US. They've done it three times in the past: Peace treaty with Egypt, another with Jordan, and a mutual recognition deal between Israel and the PLO. See what I mean?

The so-called Palestinian government is so divided as to be almost useless. There is Hamas ruling in Gaza, and Mahmoud Abbas, in charge of the government on the West Bank -- or what government there is there! As a "non-member observer state," in the UN General Assembly, the so-called Palestinians are reported to be ready to take Israel to the International Criminal Court any day now. Does this sound like a group ready to talk peace? Hardly.

This is a war that has been raging since Abraham and his two sons walked the hills, valleys and seashores of what we call the Holy Land today. It is not about to be settled by April 30th, or even by the end of the year 2014. In fact, we have every reason to believe that it will intensify touching off even more conflicts within, and without, the region leading, eventually, to World War III.

So, at the risk of bruising Mr. Kerry's pride and denting his arrogance, we can comfortable say that the "Framework Agreement" isn't worth the paper it is written upon. But -- don't be surprised if in a few weeks we have another Neville Chamberlain moment with Kerry waving a piece of paper over his head shouting: "Peace in or time!" We never seem to learn, do we?

Saint Paul said: "The way of peace they have not known. There is no fear of God before their eyes" (Romans 3:17–18) That was about 2,000 years ago. Not much has changed.

Saamer Akhshabi Burned on 90% of Body After Molotov Cocktail Blows - GA Tech PhD Student

Saamer Akhshabi arrived in the U.S. with an undergraduate degree from the University of Tehran in Iran. He is currently a PhD student at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, but Saamer is not in the classroom today, rather he is in Grady Memorial Hospital with third-degree burns over 90 percent of his body. Akhshabi’s apartment allegedly was home to numerous homemade incendiary devices, otherwise known as bombs, one of which is believed to have blown up before he could get them to their intended targets. Bombs apparently don’t bother him, but Saamer thinks Obama’s gun control restrictions and ObamaCare are just swell. FLASHBACK: Remember that Bill Ayers “lover,” Diana Oughton, was killed along with two others, when a nail bomb exploded as it was being assembled? That bomb was to be used at a dance at Fort Dix Army base. If you think Bill Ayers and Diana Oughton are not relevant to this story, I disagree. Ayers is one more connection to Barack Obama, who has meddled with U.S. entry procedures until we have few avenues to protect ourselves from jihadists like Akshabi. What, you say? Maybe he’s not a jihadist? Right. Perhaps the molotov cocktails were computer science research.

Saamer Akhshabi

Akhshabi’s profile at Georgia Tech say “I spent four wonderful years at University of Tehran completing my B.Sc. in computer engineering.” He was interested in “Internet evolution,” and is due to graduate in May 2014. Look at his collaboration with computer giant Cisco Systems.
I was an intern at Cisco, boxborough during summer 2011, working with Dave Oran and the ipvs team on design and evaluation of adaptive bitrate (ABR) systems. Our goal was to build a test bed and a set of tools to study commercial or experimental ABR technologies in the future.I have been working with Prof. Soojin Yi from the school of biology at GaTech since Spring 2011. Our goals in an ongoing project are to understand the emergence of the developmental hourglass and discover the similarities and differences between the evolutionary principles underlying biological development and engineered systems such as the Internet protocol stack.I have been collaborating with Cisco Systems, working with Ali C. Begen on “Adaptive Video Streaming over HTTP” since Summer 2010.

A suspected Molotov cocktail and several plastic bottles filled with gasoline and kerosene were found in the Midtown apartment of a Georgia Tech graduate student severely burned, police said Wednesday…
In addition to what police described as a Molotov cocktail — a container filled with flammable material, and often topped with a make-shift fuse — police said several gasoline- or kerosene-filled bottles were found in the apartment.
Saamer Akhshabi’s Twitter stream is still up, showing his concern for women:
On Facebook, Saamer supports Obama's "common sense steps to "reduce gun violence," but gasoline bombs, not so much, I guess. Fox is reporting that Akhabab is from Turkey ,and refers to him a "victim." The Examiner also says he is a Turkish national. How and why was Saamer Akhshabi allowed entry into the U.S.? What kind of visa is this man here on?  This might be the answer.

New Court Documents Reveal Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's Final Moments

Gary Fouse

A firefight in which Border Patrol agents were firing bean bags at drug traffickers using weapons from Operation Fast and Furious

Thanks to newly-released court documents, we now have an account from Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's fellow agents of the firefight in the Arizona desert that took Terry's life. The mainstream news media will surely ignore it, but this story should never be allowed to die.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/02/05/new-court-documents-reveal-final-moments-border-agent-brian-terrys-life/

"Among other details, they reveal two of four federal agents at the scene that day actually fired bean bags -- not bullets -- at a violent drug gang carrying assault rifles. Weapons from the botched anti-gun trafficking program were found at Terry's murder scene."

Bean bags.

"Those agents, members of BORTAC, an elite unit within the Border Patrol, had deployed in the desert to locate a drug gang, known as a rip crew, that had terrorized the Nogales, Ariz., area for months."

Dear Reader. In law enforcement talk, the word, "rip" is one of the most frightening terms in our jargon. It means a "rip-off". In DEA undercover work, a rip-off was when the undercover agent becomes the victim of a robbery, in which the seller of the drugs would rob and kill the purported buyer rather than make a drug for money exchange. There have been several undercover DEA agents who have been killed in these rip-offs over the years. So when I hear that the target of Agent Terry's group was a "rip crew", the immediate question in my mind is....

What the Hell is this talk about using bean bags??

What kind of sick mentality is it in Washington that sends agents like Brian Terry off to fight violent drug gangs on the border with bean bags??

And to this day, the Justice Department under that crook Eric Holder is withholding thousands of documents requested by the Congressional committee investigating Fast and Furious. Those documents have now been put under the protection of President Obama with his claim of executive privilege. Richard Nixon would be proud because unlike him, Obama is getting away with it.

Has anybody ever asked Janet Napolitano (now the president of the University of California and heading the US delegation to the Winter Olympics) why she allowed her Border Patrol agents to fight drug traffickers on the border with bean bags? No. I asked her when she spoke at UCLA a couple of years back why she wasn't pounding on Eric Holder's desk demanding to know why one or even two of her agents were dead because of  Fast and Furious. Answer? She preferred to allow the "investigation" to play out. Well, it seems it has "played out", just as Holder, Obama and Napolitano wanted. Nobody has ever been held accountable for one of the most boneheaded ventures in the history of law enforcement, one that has resulted in the deaths of one, possibly two US agents and hundreds of Mexicans.

Bean bags.

Another Muslim Brotherhood Member Welcomed in the White House

Anas Altikriti shaking hands with Obama

President Obama's relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood is downright troubling to put it mildly. It is pretty clear by now that the MB is the entity in Egypt that he favors. When he made that trip to Cairo early in his first term, he made sure that the MB was included in the audience at Al Azhar University. He supported the regime of Mohammed Morsi and was not happy when the Egyptian military removed him from power. His own half-brother, Malik Obama, is now suspected by Egyptian authorities to be connected to the MB. We have recently seen how a group of MB figures from Egypt were able to come to Washington and slip through normal security and immigration checks thanks to the State Department. Now comes this latest report from the Washington Free Beacon, which says that a Muslim Brotherhood figure in the UK was present at a  meeting in the White House with the President and an Iraqi member of parliament. Why was this man, Anas Altikriti, present? He was acting as an interpreter according to the White House.

http://freebeacon.com/muslim-brotherhood-leader-meets-obama-in-white-house/

I am not buying this interpreter excuse. Are you telling me that the White House and the US Government cannot come up with an Arabic language interpreter? The State Department and Foreign Service Institute can come up with one in 5 minutes.

Let us be clear: The MB is the umbrella organization from which were spawned most if not all of the worldwide terror organizations including Al Qaeda-to say nothing of the many so-called moderate Islamic organizations in the US today. The current Egyptian government is doing the world a tremendous favor by clamping down on this insidious organization that seeks to establish a world-wide Islamic caliphate. No respectable American administration should be associating with this group in any manner. Yet, that is precisely what the Obama administration is doing. That begs the question as to why? Is it because Obama favors Islamist rule in the Middle East?

Holder Banning Religious Profiling: Brooklyn's Neighborhood Mosques -- Conflicts Between Sunni & Shia

Last week I posted about Eric Holder's plan to ban religious profiling in counterterrorism efforts. With that story, I quoted Daniel Greenfield's (Sultan Knish) "A Bangladesh Grows in Brooklyn." He made some stirring points about the ethnicities living and worshipping side-by-side in Brooklyn neighborhoods, with the sole exception of Muslims, where in too many instances, basements are fertile with angry Muslim men and mosques "grow like mushrooms." Then I heard from Brooklyn resident, PUMABydesign001, at Viewpoints of a Sagittarian. Like Daniel, she is a great American and a fine blogger. She shares what she sees happening to her home town, but first, a pull-out quote from Sultan Knish:

Faizan-E-Madinah Islamic Center expansion on Coney Island Avenue, Flatbush, Brooklyn

For now first generation immigrants who look decades older than they are and their young children walk the streets. That generation will grow up being neither one thing nor the other, neither American nor Bangladeshi, ricocheting from American pop culture to the Koran, from parties with the infidels to mosque study sessions until they explode from the pressure of the contradictions the way that the Tsarnaevs who huffed pot and the Koran in equal proportions did. ~ Daniel Greenfield

While reading PUMABydesign001's experience below, put it all into the perspective of Holder's zero tolerance for religious profiling: police beginning to realize some of the neighborhoods will become 'no-go zones' for them as well as citizens, if not already so.

Take it from one who was born, raised and lives here in Brooklyn, the borough of Kings is not the same place it was prior to the 80’s (i) because of the Communists; (ii) immigrants (illegal and otherwise) and (iii) as referenced in this post, the emerging Muslim population that we all know is a threat.
In the above photograph taken on McDonald Avenue in the heart of Brooklyn sits the community often referred to as “Little Bangladesh.”
What is not in photograph?  Women, little girls, nor is there an American in sight, male, female, Black, White, Korean, Chinese, Italian, Polish, Jewish, Catholic, Baptist, Protestant, only Muslims.
To be honest, I cannot tell you when Little Bangladesh came into existence because I have not traveled through that neighborhood in years but I can tell you that neighborhoods such as Little Bangladesh are popping up across Brooklyn and has been in the making for nearly two decades.
A few blocks over is Coney Island Avenue where from Church Avenue down to until the middle of the Coney Island Avenue between Avenue J and K is another Muslim neighborhood or an extension of Little Bangladesh, I suppose.  This community although Muslim is a Pakistani and I suspect Afghani community.
In the center of Coney Island Avenue between Avenues H and I is a movie theater.  Just a few doors past this theater, a transformation of the neighborhood begins almost as if someone drew an imaginary line Coney Island Avenue transforms from a Muslim community to Jewish.
On the Jewish side of town, in addition to the yeshivas, synagogues, delis, bakeries and other Jewish businesses, one can find every ethnicity traveling, working and socializing in the area.  However, as with Little Bangladesh, the “Muslim” side of Coney Island Avenue does not appear to be as neighborly.  Just saying....
Dueling Mosques, Another Culture Clash in the Making?
Several years ago, another mosque opened up on Atlantic Avenue on the opposite side the street.  So now, there are two mosques on Atlantic Avenue, one mosque Sunni and the other Shiite and yes, there exists an underlying conflict.
The Shiites who consist mostly of Black American converts to Islam are looked down upon and snubbed by the Sunnis.  Tidbit:  The Sunnis refer to them as infidels and don’t like the way they pray along with the fact that the Shiites think nothing of praying in a Sunni mosque.  Uh-oh! Read the entire story here, and don't miss what PUMABydesign001 observed on Super Bowl Sunday.
...unless you want to be hauled away by a group of angry Muslims in Islamic attire to the basement of the facility where a group of twenty "security guards" in karate suits will interrogate you.

Hopefully the problem will be fixed by next week.

Keep your fingers crossed!

Marco Rubio "Backing Away" From Immigration Bill? How?

Have you read the book, I'm Dancing as Fast as I Can by documentary film maker Barbara Gordon? It's the story of having a successful career and an addiction to Valium; fighting to overcome mistakes she made while under the influence, and the struggle returning to her norm. One of the reader reviewers said in 2000, "This is the Age of the Quick Fix." It's no different today in politics. The Senate Immigration bill s. 744 was a quick fix and a lethal punch yielding a fundamental change to America, in the worst sense of "fundamental change." Senator Marco Rubio isn't influenced by drugs or alcohol, he's addicted to politics. He made an enormous mistake with the Senate immigration bill and is now "backing away." Rubio's support of the Senate bill is the biggest mistake a supposed-conservative can make, and now he's doing a subtle tap-dance, a little electric slide, a bit of hustle trying to back away without actually "backing away." We need a vigorous ballet leap. We don't care if that leap is graceful. It needn't be adagio.

I understand that getting to the U.S. Senate is heady stuff, but I don't think I've ever watched a flip as fast as Rubio's. Rather than 'border security first,' he went straight to "freezing 11 million people in place," as more important, and he stated that opinion over and over.

Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is no fool. He was ecstatic with the 'Rubio get,' fully understanding the value of a fresh, young, iconic conservative, the son of immigrants, pushing a progressive dream.
Florida watcher, The Shark Tank, and my 'go to' place for that state's news, says Senator Marco Rubio "continues pulling back on his immigration reform position," and "seems to be backing away from his own bill."
How is he pulling back? I've seen Rubio come close to disappearing from the national stage lately, perhaps hoping we will forget that he was not committed to securing the border first. But he has not denounced the work of the Gang of 8 or his part in it.
He has written that he "argued for a better approach," but "the Senate decided to do it in one big piece of legislation." Yes they did, because that is how he and seven other Senators wrote the legislation. He's dancing as fast as he can.
If Rubio wants to appear to be backing away, I suggest he clearly state that the Senate immigration bill was, and is, a terrible idea and acknowledge that he supported doing exactly what he told us for years, even while setting his sights on the Senate, he would not do -- support immigration/amnesty without securing the border first.
Tell us truthfully, how the misleading Senate plan to secure the border will not even come close to doing so, and explain to the people who the Gang of 8 gave the authority to, to confirm that the border is secure. At the time, that person was Janet Napolitano.
1. Rubio believes the House Immigration Principles (which had not been released at the time), will be "widely supported." We've seen them now and we can see there is nothing different from the Senate bill. Surely, Rubio had seen the "principles" and/or discussed them with members of the House. He surely knew what was coming.
2. Rubio now understands that the "American people "lacked confidence" in the Obama administration and it's desire for "blanket legalization." What? Rubio didn't know conservatives had no confidence in Obama's government before getting to Washington, D.C.? Then why the ardent promises to secure the border first? Isn't that the only real issue at this time -- a real and present danger?
Rubio has a new awakening. In The Shark Tank's short article linked below, the word "confidence" is used four times. The dawning of our "lack of confidence" in government has caught his attention and now he has to dance as fast as he can while maintaining his reputation of a calm demeanor and soaring oratory -- words, just words, won't help him until he gets serious and works to undo what will be a bigger betrayal of this country than ObamaCare. Combine his immigration bill with ObamaCare and it is 11 million times worse.
It’s still an Issue that needs to be solve, I think the better way to solve it at this point, given the lack of confidence people have in the federal government, is to do it in a way that will gain people’s confidence, and that is why I think a sequential approach is the better approach - it was originally what I had advocated for, it’s not the direction the Senate headed, but in essence, it sounds like that’s the direction everyone wants to head nowThe Shark Tank:
"Now?" When have conservatives wanted to head in the direction Rubio led us?
Democrats recently held a "dance-off" to encourage the young, the healthy, and especially the gay, lesbian, bi and transgenders to sign up for ObamaCare. Are we now engaged in a dance-off in the Republican party to secure the border before all else?
I went to sleep last year before the election believing that all my colleagues believed in the rule of law, and opposed amnesty, and understood the impact of amnesty. And then I woke up the morning after the election and they believed something different.” ~ Rep. Steve King
When we actually take the steps required to secure the borders, we should have our border governors, not the Obama administration, certify that they are secure.  I’m sure, after that’s accomplished, all of us could quickly come to an agreement about what to do with our broken immigration system and the millions who have come here illegally. ~ Rep. Louie Gohmert
God help us. Undo this thing. Denounce this craziness and stand with Congressman Steve King (R-IA)  and Louie Gohmert (R-TX) on House immigration reform.

O'Reilly's Benghazi Interview With Obama - A Whirling Vortex of Bloviating Air

Four-hundred-and-thirty-seven meaningless words out of Obama's 504 total words on Benghazi - each of the 437 -- pure spin, and then they ran out of time for the only question O'Reilly asked. If you take the nine times Obama said the word "Bill," and replace them with a 'yes' or 'no,' it might have been a different interview. What I've transcribed below covers the Benghazi portion of the exchange only. The beginning and the end of the video has to do with, first, ObamaCare and then the IRS. O'Reilly asked this simple, but important question:

"Did he, Secretary Panetta, tell you it was a terrorist attack?"

In red text below are Obama words that are pure spin, have nothing to do with the question, wasted words, such as: is, that, Bill, what is, you know, no, folks, focused, happened, happens, the fact of the matter, the question ends up being, you see, how can we, do we, who in fact," and no answer comes forth -- exactly, no answer. Obama's words in black text generously give him the benefit of the doubt. They were not counted. This is how a dishonorable president gets out of answering questions, out of relaying information, and is how he misleads the country and avoids the truth. To know the truth, you have to interrupt him, shut-him up or a few seconds and focus on the question -- ask it again, and when he bloviates, shut him up again. O'Reilly's words totaled 192. The entire interview consisted of 741 words.
Before the transcript, here is a reminder of what General Carter Ham and Panetta have said, relating to O'Reilly's question:
“Secretary Panetta, do you believe that unequivocally at that time we knew that this was a terrorist attack?” asked Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla. “There was no question in my mind that this was a terrorist attack,” Panetta replied. Source: Hot Air
Gen. Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, told the House in classified testimony last year that it was him who broke the news about the unfolding situation in Benghazi to then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff...
According to declassified testimony obtained by Fox News, Ham -- who was working out of his Pentagon office on the afternoon of Sept. 11 -- said he learned about the assault on the consulate compound within 15 minutes of its commencement, at 9:42 p.m. Libya time, through a call he received from the AFRICOM Command Center.
"My first call was to General Dempsey, General Dempsey's office, to say, 'Hey, I am headed down the hall. I need to see him right away,'" Ham told lawmakers on the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation on June 26 of last year. "I told him what I knew. We immediately walked upstairs to meet with Secretary Panetta." Source: Fox News
At about 3:10-into the video, the Benghazi discussion begins (remember that the red text has, in my opinion, nothing to do with the question, "Did he tell you, Secretary Panetta, that it was a terrorist attack?):
O'REILLY: Libya, a House Armed Services testimony -- General Carter Ham, you know the General, security in Africa, he testified that on the day the Ambassador was murdered, and three other Americans, he told Secretary Panetta it was a terrorist attack. Shortly after General Ham said that, Secretary Panetta came in to you. Did he tell you, Secretary Panetta, that it was a terrorist attack?
OBAMA: You know, what he told me was there was an attack on our compound...
O'REILLY: He didn't use the word "terror?"
OBAMA: You know, in the heat of the moment, Bill, what folks are focused on is what's happening on the ground, do we have eyes on it, how can we make sure our folks are safe [inaudible]
O'REILLY: I just want to get this straight. Did he tell you it was a terrorist attack?
OBAMA: Bill, and what I'm, and I'm answering your question. What he said to me was, we've got an attack on our compound...
O'REILLY: No terror attack?
OBAMA: we don't know yet who's doing it. Understand by definition, that when somebody is attacking our compound, that's an act of terror, which is how I characterized it the day after it happened, so, and, so the question ends up being, who in fact, was attacking us...
O'REILLY: But it's more than that because of Susan Rice.
OBAMA: No...
O'REILLY: It's more than that because Susan Rice goes out and tells the world that it was a spontaneous demonstration of a video tape, but your Commanders and the Secretary of Defense know it's a terror attack.
OBAMA: No, no, Bill, Bill.
O'REILLY: I'm just an American. I'm confused.
OBAMA: and I'm trying to explain it to you if you want to listen. The fact of the matter is that people understood at the time, something very dangerous was happening, that we were focused on making sure that we did everything that we could to protect them. In the aftermath, what became clear was that the security was lax, that not all the precautions that needed to be taken were taken, and both myself and Secretary Clinton, and others indicated as much. But at the moment, when these things happen, Bill, on the other side of the world, people don't know at the very moment exactly why something like this happens, and when you look at the video tape of this whole thing unfolding, this is not some systematic, well-organized process. You see...
O'REILLY: There were heavy weapons used, and ...
OBAMA: Bill...
O'REILLY: Heavy weapons coming in...
OBAMA: Bill, listen, I've gone through this and we have had multiple hearings on it. What happens is, you have an attack like this taking place and you have a mix of folks who are just trouble-makers, you have folks who have an ideological agenda...
O'REILLY: all right.
OBAMA: You have some who are affiliated with terrorist organizations, you have some who are not...
O'REILLY: but...
OBAMA: The main thing that all of us have to take away from this is that our diplomats are serving in some very dangerous places, and...
O'REILLY: It's more than that...
OBAMA: and we've got to make sure that not only have we implemented all the reforms that were recommended by the independent agency, but we also have to make sure that we understand that our folks out there are in a hazardous, dangerous situation.
O'REILLY: I think everybody understands that, Mr. President.
OBAMA: No, not everybody does, because what ends up happening, what ends up happening is we end up creating a political agenda on something...
O'REILLY: Absolutely, that's my next question.
OBAMA: Democrats and Republicans should be unified in trying to figure out how are we going to protect people, ...
O'REILLY: I've got to get to the IRS, but I just want to say, your detractors believe that you did not tell the world it was a terror attack because your campaign did not want that out...
OBAMA: Bill...
O'REILLY: That's what they believe...
OBAMA: and, and they believe it because folks like you are telling them that.
O'REILLY: I'm not telling them that. I'm asking you whether you were told it was a terror attack.
OBAMA: The thing is, that is inaccurate. We revealed to the American people exactly what we understood at the time. The notion that we would hide the ball for political purposes, when a week later, we all said, in fact, there was a terrorist attack taking place the day after, I said it was an act of terror, that wouldn't be a very good cover-up
O'REILLY: All right. I have to get to the IRS.
How arrogant for Obama to say, "The main thing that all of us have to take away from this is that our diplomats are serving in some very dangerous places, and and we've got to make sure that not only have we implemented all the reforms that were recommended by the independent agency, but we also have to make sure that we understand that our folks out there are in a hazardous, dangerous situation."
How much do we pay the thousands of State Department and Defense Department employees, every year, to tend to the details. Who are the "all of us," that he wants to wake-up now that the worst has happened. You and I have no control over anything.
That "independent agency" Obama refers to? The chairman was appointed by Hillary Clinton. Thomas Pickering is a close personal friend of hers and Bills. Bill appointed Pickering to the post of Ambassador to Russia and he was the Under Secretary of State for Political Affiars from 1997 - 2001 (Clinton's presidency). Hillary was not interviewed. Hillary's chief of staff was not interviewed. It was a sham investigation.
One more thing, when Obama says "when you look at the video tape of this whole thing unfolding, this is not some systematic, well-organized process...." 1) we should see that video, has Congress seen the video? and 2) I would say the attack was well-organized. The attackers had diesel fuel with them, and plenty of it. They knew where the safe room was in the embassy compound and as O'Reilly said, the terrorists had heavy weapons.

St Marks Episcopal Church in Seattle: Marching Against Israel

Gary Fouse
fousesquawk

Hat tip The Mike Report

In December 2012, we reported on the annual Muslim Public Affairs Council conference, which was held at All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena. It was there that head pastor, Ed Bacon, wailed on about the history of Christianity being littered with acts of evil listing the Crusades, Holocaust, and-get this- "evangelical Zionism".

Of course, not a word was said about Muslim persecution of Christians in virtually every Islamic land on the planet. Not a word was said about the 600,000-700,000 Jews driven out of Arab lands from 1948-1950. Nor were many words wasted on the human rights records of Israel's neighbors.

Now comes this report from The Mike Report on St Mark's Cathedral in Seattle, another Episcopal church that marches against Israel on behalf of the Palestinian activists. It is noted that some of the same speakers at St Marks have spoken down here at UC Irvine (Omar Barghouti, Cindie Corrie and Miko Peled).

http://mikereport.wordpress.com/2014/01/20/st-marks-cathedral-hatred-in-the-center-of-seattle/

At a time when Christians and Jews should be standing together, it pains me to see organized churches and entire religious denominations (Presbyterian Church USA) trying to destroy the Jewish state. Though mere criticism of Israel is not necessarily anti-Semitic, when you ignore the transgressions of Israel's neighbors while harping on Israel's faults, there is only one conclusion to draw.
