Republicans to Release Their "Immigration Principles" This Week

House Republicans announced they will release a "one-page statement" on "immigration principles," this week. Along with true border security, there are two issues (among many) we must demand: 1) doing away with specific foreigners, legal or illegal, giving birth, resulting in a new U.S. citizen each time a baby is born, popularly known as an "anchor baby," and 2) Visa reform. Some 400,000 women come here, from across the globe, solely to give birth to a U.S. citizen every year.

When and anchor baby reaches the age of 21, he/she can legally sponsor large numbers of relatives to come here. Each baby means the addition of large numbers of aliens to come here. But the truth is, the illegal alien family in the U.S. at the time of the birth is seldom deported.

In 2010, one of every 13 babies born in the U.S. was born to an illegal alien and in 2010, educating these children cost taxpayers $52 million annually.

We need reform of who gets a Visa and who does not. When a Visa expires we must know where that person is, and each Visa holder should have a point of departure and expect to be there on that proscribed day. At the departure point, whatever government bureaucrats are in charge of the process, should be able to tick-off the name; Abdul and Juan departed, Awad and Caesar did not, and are in violation - and once found, will never again be allowed inside this country. Finding them, pronto, should be a priority. Over-staying a visa is ONLY considered a civil violation. It should be a criminal charge, and no screwing around with it. No more over-stayed visas, which were responsible for some of the 9/11/01 terrorists having access to the U.S. It's an ongoing problem of government ineptitude. We need to force this, demand it. There will never be a sense of security, either physical or fiscal, if we do not.

This month, Congressman Steve King (R-IA) once again introduced legislation to stop the "anchor-baby" receiving citizenship. H.R. 140 is titled Birthright Citizenship Act of 2013. Read the text here. At this time, King has 30 co-sponsors, without a single Democrat among them, and I am astounded that not one Oklahoma Republican's name is on the list. Every Congressman from Oklahoma is a Republican. Representatives Bridenstine, Cole, Lankford, Lucas, and Mullen, please co-sponsor this bill or issue a statement on why you have decided not to co-sponsor.

In the Senate, David Vitter (R-LA) introduced the same legislation, S. 301. At this time, there are only two co-sponsors, Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and John Boozman (R-AR).

If I understand this short piece of legislation correctly, it is not retroactive, so all anchor babies born before this legislation becomes law, will remain U.S. citizens. If a person is born in the U.S. of parents, one of whom is a citizen or national, or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. and whose residence is in the U.S., or the child of an alien on active U.S. military duty -- those have the privilege of being a U.S. citizen. I take this to mean that all other babies are not privileged to U.S. citizenship. If you see it differently, let me know.

President Pinocchio’s War of Distraction

Once upon a time, the Prince of Hope-N-Change stomped angrily around the White Castle. He jumped on the furniture, and kicked his golf bag so hard he snapped the shaft of his favorite putter.

Why was he so filled with rage?

Because, for the first time ever, he had been caught in his gollywhomper lies.

“Like your doctor? Keep your doctor. Period.”

“Like your health care plan? Keep your health care plan. Period.”

Being nailed as a “mis-spoken teller of incorrect truth” had caused the Prince of Hope-N-Change’s popularity and job approval ratings to plummet. Even his media lap dogs had turned against him. Instead of being cheered as the “Chosen One,” he was mocked and called “The Lying King,” and “President Pinocchio.”

All those years of campaigning for his healthcare plan, traveling hither and yon, toughing it out in five-star golf resorts, accompanied by teleprompters, valets, drama coaches, and food tasters…all that effort had been expended for nothing. His adoring public had lost that lovin’ feeling.

How did this happen? Increasing numbers of citizens learned what was in the 2,000+ pages of his healthcare law. They discovered what he had known all along. Obamacare would force millions of citizens to lose their healthcare plans and doctors and be shoved into insurance programs they couldn’t afford and didn’t want.

Obamacare had been exposed for what it was: redistribution of wealth in America, a yellow brick road leading to single-payer socialized medicine.

Medicaid for all. Quality for none.

Desperate to escape the mantle of responsibility, the Prince snuck into a basement vault to consult his most trusted oracle.

“Mirror, mirror on the wall, am I still beloved by all?”

“Poof!” The image of the magic mirror lady, Ezmerelda, floated into the mirror.

“Hello Dearie. You might want to rephrase? Begin with a question I can answer in a positive manner.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change thought for a moment.

“Mirror, mirror, on the wall, can I still out snooker all?”

Ezmerelda nodded. “Of course you can. Simply launch a distraction or two.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change asked, “You mean, like a war with Iran or Syria? Maybe Israel?”

“Pray tell, why would you attack your one and only ally in the Mid East?”

“I told Israel to shift their border back to where it was in 1966, but they won’t do it, and I gotta’ teach ‘um a lesson about . . .”

Ezmerelda interrupted. “Dearie, you are the least qualified person on the planet to advise or demand anything from any country. Your foreign policy track record is exactly 100 percent failure. You gave the Mid East to Russia; betrayed your Brotherhood pals in Egypt; backed out of Libya; lost Yemen to terrorist control; armed Al Qaeda in Syria, and dumped Saudi Arabia and Israel under the bus. Better you should focus on distractions at home.”

“Start by hopping back onto the women’s rights bandwagon. But, beware. The right-to-life voices are louder than ever. It’s time to rewrite your history of infanticide support when you were in the Illinois State Senate. And bury those stubborn statistics about the one million babies murdered by your beloved abortion mill, Planned Parenthood, since you came into office.”

“Then, focus on how America’s children must be our #1 priority. Assign your journalists to plant Public Service Announcements about how Obamacare not only supports vital health services for women, but also covers prenatal, pediatric, and dental care for children.”

“And then there’s immigration reform. Sign an executive order to bring millions of your illegal amigos out of the shadows. Give them healthcare, food stamps, ballots printed in Spanish, a $15 minimum wage, and a fast track to citizenship.”

“You’ll love the opposition’s predictable reaction. They’ll jump on the you-can’t-do-that bandwagon and stop beating the drum to repeal Obamacare.”

“Last, but not least, bring gun control back into the national discussion. And for heaven’s sake, DO NOT mention your Fast and Furious gun running debacle. (Pardon my French, but that was a friggin’ stupid program! What were you thinking?) Round up survivors of various mass shootings for another show ‘n tell victim parade. Serve lunch and Kool-Aid to ensure a big media turnout.”

“Republicans are so predictable. They always chase after every diversion…like ferrets pursuing bright, shiny objects.”

Ezmerelda lowered her voice. “Dearie…you need to be aware that the illogical (and juvenile) advice from Michelle and Valerie has turned Obamacare into an industrial-strength train wreck. Those apology speeches? Totally lame. Irritated everybody. If you refuse to apologize, at least ask the most trusted man in America to teach you how to look remorseful.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change looked puzzled.

Ezmerelda explained. “Invite Tom Hanks for lunch and a coaching session.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change asked, “What will happen if Obamacare implodes or is repealed by my own democrats?”

“No problemo. Hillarycare’s single-payer system will finish the take-over program you botched.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change whined, “But, but, but…her plan is just like mine. It’s not fair to name it after her instead of me.”

Ezmerelda replied, “To the whinner go the spoils.”

“Oh, and one more thing, Dearie. Plan a private dinner party for your most important democrat Senators. Ply them with artery-clogging steaks, French wines, and Cuban cigars. And for dessert? Their just rewards. Promise to destroy the political future of any one of them who does not support the Obama team distraction strategies on women’s rights, amnesty, and gun control.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change protested. “But, but…they won’t want to come for dinner, or even be seen in the same room with me. Especially the senators coming up for reelection in 2014.”

Ezmerelda gave him a squinty-eyed look. “You need to convince them to go along with what you propose.”

“How can I do that?”

“Make them an offer they can’t refuse.”

The Prince of Hope-N-Change was puzzled. “What would that be?”

Ezmerelda smiled, “Threaten to campaign for them on their home turf.”

50 Traitors To Sell Out the Nation

During World War 2 Norway was ruled by Vidkun Abraham Lauritz Jonssøn Quisling.  A man who's name has become synonymous with traitor.  Norway was lucky in their Quisling.  We have become very unfortunate.  We don't have just one Quisling, we have 50 of them.

Forty to 50 House Republicans will support immigration reform, Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.) predicted Thursday.

Gutiérrez said many of the Republicans supportive of immigration reform don’t want to be identified, but he insisted they would support comprehensive immigration reform.

“If they ask me today, go find those 40 to 50 Republicans, I’ll tell them I found them. I know where they’re at,” Gutiérrez said in an interview with Ed O’Keefe at The Washington Post.

“I’m not going to tell you the names of some of them because some of them I’ve spoken to, and they’ve said I’d love to do the activity with you. I want to be able to vote for it. I really don’t need to draw attention to myself.”

Gutiérrez also predicted only a handful of House Democrats would vote against legislation that included a pathway to citizenship for the nation’s estimated 11 million illegal immigrants.

He noted that only three Democrats voted in favor of legislation earlier this year aimed at forcing President Obama to deport illegal immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children.

Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has said he will only bring an immigration bill to the House floor if it is supported by a majority of his conference.

I want to know the names of these Quislings.  Let their constituents know and let them know that if they vote for this bill they will be thrown out of office on Nov. 4th, 2014.

If this is true and this bill is passed then the United States of America will cease to be a free Republic.  Instead it will under the dictatorship of the Democratic Regime who will turn every state into a New York or California.  Forget about self-determination.  Forget about religious freedoms.  Forget about gun ownership.  All of our freedoms will be stripped from us for the PUBLIC GOOD!

Hundreds are sitting in a jail in Douglas, Arizona...and many are now Spanish speakers, blending in with Mexicans. How many did we miss, and what happens to them now? If it is too complicated for the full 100-member Senate body to get together to craft legislation, and we are plagued with the Gangs of 8 to do the business of the U.S. Senate, why would Obama's Director of White House Policy be involved in an immigration bill four Republicans think is swell? Celia Munoz, the referred to Director, formerly worked for the National Council of La Raza. Now we understand why an alien is allowed to have three fraudulent passports before such behavior results in a crime. Crime pays for illegals in America.

Do they know about the power shift to the Department of Justice? It takes only one drunken driving event to bring death or lifetime injuries to a legal American. But here's an easy one: Under the Senate bill, why would Border Control/Patrol/Agents/ICE be moved from Homeland Security to the Department of Justice's Human Rights Division - the same wing of the DOJ who told a judge to shove his guilty judgement against the New Black Panther Party's voter intimidation in Philadelphia?

 Who better to advance the unconstitutional invasion of illegals into the U.S. after the pathway to citizenship makes tens of millions legal, than the Department of Justice. Eric Holder said he wasn't leaving office because he still has goals to meet.

This is a big one. Investors Business Daily finds a slush fund of $300 million for La Raza and other community organizers in the bill. New provisional citizens will need someone to interpret laws for them and point them to where the money can be found.

Someone will need to defend them on the first two DUIs, unless the law also allows them not to be bothered with such inconveniences...as a new provisional.

Will they see charges on the first three fraudulent passports (today, the first is a federal crime), even though not deported, not jailed, or denuded of future citizenship? I don't know. Maybe it's ignored until the fourth time. If not, they will need an attorney.

The slush fund is important. La Raza receives $10 million per year, now. Their bank account is about to swell along with numerous other's like them on a smaller scale. Senators Rubio (FL) and McCain (AZ) are only two of the four Republican members of the Gang of 8. Let Senators Jeff Flake (AZ) and Lindsey Graham (SC) know how unhappy you are with their participation in this treasonous legislation.

 It's a serious mistake to just pass over the fact that Border Control/Patrol will be placed under the purview of the Human Rights Division of the Department of Justice. Let this keep you awake for a few nights.

Why the government won't seal the southern border

Recently, I heard more false claims that the US stole much of the land that is now the southwestern states from Mexico.  It’s TOTAL BUNK!

The mainstream media continues to publish those claims without counterbalancing them with the truth.  That does two things.  It emboldens those perpetrating those false claims against the US – and -- it is accepted as truth by our woefully undereducated citizenry. 

Over three years ago we attempted to bring truth to the discussion by explaining that the US did, in fact, purchase that land. It is a matter of historical fact.

As the months have gone by, I have seen no attempt to set the record straight.  This, dear reader, is how revisionist history becomes so successful.  No one refutes it.  It is the first rule of propaganda: tell the lie long enough and loud enough and it will eventually be accepted as truth.

It would seem that is what those groups in the United States, whose aim it is to push AMNESTY for Illegal Aliens legislation through the Congress and onto Obama’s desk for his signature, are endeavoring to do.  We refer, of course, to the new Immigration Reform Bill.   I mean, how can we insist that those people abide by the law and apply for citizenship in the US legally, because, after all, IT IS THEIR LAND.   

OK, let’s take another shot at setting the record straight and look at some facts.

First, The Mexican War:

The Mexican War between the United States and Mexico began with a Mexican attack on American troops along the southern border of Texas on Apr. 25, 1846. Fighting ended when U.S. Gen. Winfield Scott occupied Mexico City on Sept. 14, 1847; a few months later a peace treaty was signed (Feb. 2, 1848) at Guadalupe Hidalgo. In addition to recognizing the U.S. annexation of Texas defeated Mexico ceded California and, New Mexico (including all the present-day states of the Southwest) to the United States.

The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, ending the Mexican War, was signed on February 2, 1848, by Nicholas P. Trist, for the United States, and by a special commission representing the collapsed government of Mexico.

Under the treaty, Mexico ceded to the United States Upper California and New Mexico (including Arizona) and recognized U.S. claims over Texas, with the Rio Grande as its southern boundary. The United States in turn paid Mexico $15,000,000, assumed the claims of American citizens against Mexico, ($3.25 Million) recognized prior land grants in the Southwest, and offered citizenship to any Mexicans residing in the area.  Then a few years later, the US bought the land that is now Arizona and New Mexico from Mexico for another 6 million dollars. 

Why did we need that additional land?

After the end of the Mexican-American War in 1848, border disputes between the United States and Mexico remained unsettled. Land that now comprises lower Arizona and New Mexico was part of a proposed southern route for a transcontinental railroad. US President Franklin Pierce was convinced by Jefferson Davis, (Later the First President of the Confederate States of America)  then the US Secretary of War, to send James Gadsden (who had personal interests in the rail route) to negotiate the Gadsden Purchase with Mexico. Under the resulting agreement, the U.S. paid Mexico $10 million.  There was a problem with the money, however: Even though the agreement specified $10 million, the US Congress only agreed to pay $7 million. When the money finally arrived, in Mexico City, $1 million was found to be lost, thus making $6 million the amount Mexico actually got for the sale of that land.  Hey, they set the price… we paid it!

Run the numbers and you will find that the US paid Mexico $24,250,000.00 (24 million, two-hundred-and-fifty-thousand) US dollars for the land in the Southwest US which many claim, today, we (The US) stole! 

You know,  I get a bit tired, and even short-tempered, with folks who attempt to perpetuate an untruth by the act of sheer omission.  As  a Southerner, I know how that can hurt.  To say the US stole all that land in the Southwest is a flat-out lie.  So, 24 and-a-quarter-million isn’t much money?  Not by today’s standards perhaps, but back in the mid 1800’s we’re talking about somewhere in the area of $600,000,000.00!  Now that IS big bucks!

So, next time you hear someone prattling on about how the US stole all the southwestern United States from Mexico, set them straight.  Tell them we bought it and paid for it.  If they refuse to believe you refer them to the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty and the Gadsden’s Purchase a few years later.  It’s all there.  It’s a part of history -- a part of history students in the American government schools apparently never hear about.

Of course, the claims that we stole the land from Mexico is all a part of the propaganda being employed to saddle Americans with more undeserved guilt.  People who feel guilty will ofttimes respond in the way those prodding them wish them to respond.  That is what is hoped for with all the unmitigated garbage heaped on America today. 

Actually, as I view the relationship between the US and Mexico today, I have to wonder if there really is a move afoot to combine the three nations of the North American Continent into one nation, or one entity as in, say, the European Union.  

Some form of union of America, Mexico, and Canada has been discussed or proposed in academic, business, and political circles for decades now.  The NAU (North American Union) is a theoretical economic and political union of Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The concept is loosely based, as we said, on the European Union, occasionally including a common currency called the "Amero" or the North American Dollar. You may read more about this here.

Before you brush this aside (As I did years ago!), ask yourself why, exactly, is the US government refusing to seal the southern border with Mexico?  Why?

I'm tired of supporting the country of Mexico with the billions of US dollars a year pouring into Mexico from Mexican citizens who have burglarized the US.  The total amount is staggering.

The US has a huge number of problems these days that must be dealt with.  But we must not let our guard down for one minute else an amnesty bill for illegal aliens (The New Immigration Reform Bill) will be passed by the Congress and signed by the President into law.  

Eternal vigilance truly is the price of freedom.

Who are you? The answer speaks volumes. One man responds: Christian, family man, American and, well — my heritage is Hispanic. God, family, and country – that is what most Americans believe in, value most, and will fight for. It defines us as a people with a common purpose. “Being American” binds us even as some seek to racially divide and segment us. As one American patriot with a Hispanic surname put it on being Latino: “The National Council of La Raza does not speak for all Latinos because all Latinos are not about anti-American, subversive radical Chicano interests.” Liberal media attempts to portray that Hispanics have a singular mind-set of racial separatism of “Chicanos first.” It is an insult, a bofetada, to all who are “Americans first.” Though Liberal media suppresses that American-Hispanics are vastly divided over illegal immigration, the fact is, there are far-reaching consequences for all U.S. citizens.

The big question Americans ask of immigrants is: Are you here to give or are you here to take? Children excepted, entering America by breaking the law makes an immigrant “illegal by choice” no matter the country of origin. Hard fact is, many do not come to work or live peacefully. According to Homeland Security, mixed among the illegal immigrant flow are terrorists, hardened criminals, drug dealers and free-loaders who are wreaking havoc after infiltrating primarily inner-city neighborhoods. A young, Black woman called talk radio frantic that her neighborhood was now distressed and dangerous having been overrun by illegal immigrants. American-Hispanics complained that their tax dollars and hard-pressed community services are being drained by people who are not Americans. Are the Black and Hispanic callers “racists” or do they wage legitimate complaints as hard-working, tax paying, child-raising Americans?

In addition to being “illegal,” it is the immigrant that free-loads that represents much of the friction in the political debate? Democrats are quick to use the “R-word” – racism – but not the “R-word” – responsibility. Roberto Gonzalez, CEO of the 2000-strong Clear Lake, TX Tea Party, opposes the attitude that Americans are racists if they reject illegal immigration in any of its manifestations: “As legal immigrants in the late 1960s, my family and I fled communism. We came here with the mission to become Americans and we did so to become part of all that makes this country great. We cannot sit by and have our laws ignored by politicians who take an oath to uphold the rule of law and then proceed to choose the laws they want to ignore. We cannot afford the burden of paying the tax liabilities for those who cross the border, remain under the radar and use this country for their purposes without any responsibility whatsoever.”

Historically, immigrants have sought to build a strong and prosperous America. Today, many come to temporarily escape their own countries’ economic or social failures and look to use America as a swinging door without the intentions of obtaining legal status. In an ugly Machiavellian display, those who come “to take” want America to show allegiance to them without first showing allegiance to America. Intermingled with immigrant workers, blanket amnesty grants the criminals, human traffickers, drug dealers and free-loaders with residency as well. Armed with faked documents, an overloaded verification system would be no barrier. Inner-city neighborhoods would become fodder for “legalized” criminals. American-Hispanics are justifiably leery of selling-out to any amnesty-for-votes, quick-fix strategy that serves Democrat ambitions. Nevertheless, over thirty years, I have seen with sadness and surprise how the Hispanic media makes journalism full of biases and distortions to the point that, the news and perspective that they offer are often manipulative, and in many cases inaccurate…and far from being respectful to the Latinos.” Dr. MacHado epitomizes the “R-word” – responsibility. His degrees include a Master in Business Administration, Doctor of Ministry from Minnesota’s Bethel Theological Seminary and Doctor of Psychology from California Southern University in June 2007, where he graduated magna cum laude and now works in Clinical Psychology.

America is strengthened by contributions of a blended people who choose to be American. Today, what separates America most is a President that creates and uses racial divide as a political strategy. In a racist frenzy, after a 2008 in-party spat, the Obama camp insinuated that Bill Clinton was a racist, forcing a former American President to openly declare on ABC News, “I am not a racist.” Obama and the Democrats sidelined immigration issues for two years while holding total control of both houses of Congress and the Presidency. Overlooked by most is that Democrats also controlled Congress from 2007-2010 with their majority vote and still did nothing. Democrats view Hispanics as La Raza-style radical voters, rather than a constituency suffering the financial pain of Obama’s catastrophic economic policies. They contend that race warfare works with the majority of Black voters, why not Hispanics? Elevated to the highest office in the land — President of the United States — Obama portrays himself as the perpetual victim as he self-servingly denounces everyone who opposes him as a “racist.” In doing so, he diverts criticism from his unfulfilled campaign promises. Promises that now re-surface — during his bid for re-election — as future promises to those gullible enough to once more believe him.

Liberal Democrats have for years, in the cruelest of political chicanery, downplayed that everyone coming to America must learn English. In 2010, Obama promised to improve educational opportunities for Hispanics, but failed to deliver. Instead, Obama’s doublespeak blocked freedom of school choice for Hispanic and Black parents – diverting their children off the pathway to success. Obama has steadfastly backed power-laden teachers unions that protect inept teachers. Speaking before the NAACP, Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney criticized the rampant educational inequality facing Black schoolchildren: “If equal opportunity in America were an accomplished fact, Black families could send their sons and daughters to public schools that truly offer the hope of a better life. Instead, for generations, the African-American community has been waiting and waiting for that promise to be kept.” Romney pointed to the hopes of Black parents for the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program that would allow low-income students to attend private schools instead of substandard and deficient public schools: “Yet, President Obama has attempted to eliminate the program at every turn. [Liberal] policymakers stand in the way of poor kids succeeding in better schools of their parents’ choice.”

Seeing the same fate for their children and tired of the empty promises of Democrat-backed teachers unions, American-Hispanic families in Adelanto, CA took matters into their own hands. They pulled the “Parent Trigger” that gives them, under California law, the power to take over a failing school and turn it into a high-performing Charter School. To defeat the parents, the opposition attempted voter fraud. Forced into court, the judge ruled in favor of the families. Parent Revolution released a statement: “This is a historic victory for the courageous parents of Desert Trails [School]. These parents refused to give-up, even after losing two school board votes in the wake of an illegal rescission campaign riddled with fraud and forgeries. These parents took on the most powerful special interests in the state, and they won.” Calling it a “revolution,” parents of the majority Hispanic student body took on California’s big Democrat machine and a powerful Teachers Union. In the face of parental outrage, local-area Democrats backed down, distancing themselves from the unions. The American-Hispanic parents of Desert Trails are examples for the dejected parents of Black children in D.C. who were overpowered by Obama forces. All parents who are forced to send their children to substandard schools with substandard teachers now have a glimmer of hope as they fight for their children’s futures.

Roberto Gonzalez, Frederick MacHado and the parents of Desert Trails know who they are. They are Americans. God, family and country is a slogan of both personal and national identity. It binds this great nation of immigrants. It is who we are and we protect it as if the freedoms and futures of America’s children depend on it. For all Americans, along with that of a proud son of a single mother who left Mexico, legally entered America, worked three jobs, refused welfare, paid her taxes and raised educated children — the question remains to immigrants coming from across the globe: Are you here to give or are you here to take? If it is the former, the best way to begin, under the laws of the United States, is with the Oath of Allegiance that reads in part:

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic…; so help me God.
 
Then, for God, family and your country, place your right hand over your heart and vow:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Running to something or from something compels migration to America. For many Hispanic immigrants, the great fear is that what they are running from – joblessness, poverty, oppression, Socialism, Communism – is now following them like an ominous dark cloud across the border. Barack Obama’s sinking of the American economy threatens the livelihood of those who have come to work – both legally and illegally. Obama is “progressively” leading a once prospering America into third world status. To hasten the fall, Obama is now creating a “no work required” welfare system destined to collapse under the sheer weight of its numbers. Dire poverty is the inevitable outcome. That Hispanics will carry much of the brunt early on, along with Blacks, matters less to Obama. Equal poverty for all is part of Obama’s systematic “transformation” of America from capitalism to socialism.

Most frightening to Hispanic immigrants are Obama’s aggressive Socialist policies similarly patterned after Chavez, Castro and Ortega. Having experienced Socialism first-hand, they are horrified by Obama’s increasingly autocratic authority over a once Constitutionally-protected America. Many warn all who will listen that Obama is turning America into the same regime-style governments that they desperately fled. Having escaped those oppressive regimes to America, they now find there is nowhere to run.

Venezuela stands as proxy for most South American socialist régimes. HispanicBusiness.com writes that according to Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (FL-R), Socialism in Venezuela under Hugo Chavez has refugees fleeing to the United States in numbers that gridlock the immigration department’s ability to process them. Diaz-Balart wrote to the Obama administration that recent delays in processing applications “…favors placating tyrants over assisting oppressed peoples…”

President Obama recently declared that Venezuelan leader Chavez poses no “serious national security threat” to America. Stunned, Senator Marco Rubio (FL-R) retorted, “Obama must be living under a rock. Hugo Chavez is not only a threat to the Venezuelan people’s freedom and democratic aspirations, he has also supported Iran’s regime in its attempts to expand its [Iranian] intelligence network throughout the [American] hemisphere.” Chavez recognizes that Obama is not Socialism-lite. After Obama’s 2009 trip to Venezuela, Socialist Chavez alerted Cuban dictator Fidel Castro that Obama may be farther left than they are. Implying that “it takes one to know one,” Socialist Chavez joked on TV to the Communist Castro: “Fidel, careful or we are going to end up to his right.”

Comparisons between Obama’s socialist policies and those of Chavez can be found in Human Rights Watch 2012: Hugo Chavez is eroding the system of checks and balances in his government. The Chavez-dominated government has passed laws expanding its powers to limit free speech and punish its critics, has enacted rules that dramatically reduce the public’s right to obtain information held by the government and portrays rights defenders as enemies of the people. Chavez first criticized then closed conservative media outlets critical of him and now has free rein to intimidate, censor, and prosecute Venezuelans who oppose his political agenda — including judges, journalists, and rights defenders. To counter resistance, new gun laws now ban the commercial sale of firearms and ammunition to citizens — with future confiscation of privately owned guns as the ultimate goal.

Starting in 2006, Chavez increased state control over the economy by nationalizing companies in oil, mining, petrochemicals, metals, cement, food, telecommunications, and further threatens to nationalize banks that do not follow his directives. Venezuela’s once top quality healthcare system is in shambles under Chavez’ socialized health care mandate. Talented doctors, unable to make a living, left the country. Even Chavez sought treatments outside his country rather than take his chances with his government-provided health care. Rationing is the norm. Venezuelans wait longer for fewer services at poorer quality with fewer doctors without recourse.

Startling is how closely Barack Obama’s policies relate to those of Chavez and South American despots. Key to socialism is “redistribution of wealth,” which Obama demands with the bulk of the wealth in the hands of the government. The poor stay poor while the middle class joins them. Like Chavez, Obama is dismantling the world’s greatest health care system with his universal “socialized” medicine. Through Obamacare, Obama re-introduces a form of population control called eugenics via his demands for abortions, sterilizations, and a health care death panel designed to withhold medical care from people who do not meet government criteria.

Obama has circumvented the Constitution and Congress with seemingly endless and power-transferring executive orders. To control the nation’s economy, Obama has nationalized industries such as auto, insurance, and health care. In regard to banks, Obama reportedly told ABC’s Terry Moran: “I’ve joked that we should call the taking over of banks ‘preprivatization’ to avoid the stigma of ‘nationalization.’” Obama has never refuted his former manufacturing czar’s statement — “We know the free market is nonsense.”

Obama repeatedly ignores and bypasses the checks and balances between the executive and legislative branches of government and has attempted to intimidate members of the Supreme Court. Freedom of speech is threatened with Obama’s agenda to control use of the Internet via an empowered Federal Communications Commission. Obama’s FCC Diversity Czar and key adviser, Mark Lloyd, openly comments how much he admires Chavez’ revolution praising it as “incredible.” Through Obama-style intimidation, Lloyd threatens opposition Radio-TV-Cable stations with massive taxation that could force closure. Obama chides people of faith while setting-up two websites for people to spy on their neighbors and report “fishy speech” of anyone in opposition to him. On video, President Obama states that he wants a civilian militia as well-armed, as well-funded and as powerful as our U.S. military that will report only to him. Obama does not refute his former Manufacturing Czar’s statement: “We kind of agree with Mao that power comes largely from the barrel of a gun.”

As a means to void the 2nd Amendment, Obama openly seeks international control over American gun ownership through a U.N. resolution that he instructed his Secretary of State to sign. The U.N. has appointed Iran to be a key negotiator of the treaty where American gun owners could be found guilty and imprisoned for violating international law. The 2012 National Defense Authorization Act was signed by Obama with a clause that allows the government to abduct American citizens suspected of links to terrorism to be held indefinitely without charge or a right to trial. According to InfoWars.com, the Obama administration specifically requested the abduction clause be worded to apply to U.S. citizens. Open for interpretation, the law does not clarify acts of resistance against a tyrannical government vs. acts of terrorism. The Obama administration is already on record labeling peaceful opposition and returning military veterans as “terrorists.” The clause was recently ruled “unconstitutional” by a Federal judge, but Obama seeks a reversal.

By executive order, Obama has expanded the National Defense Resources Preparedness Act simply by the swipe of his pen. Under NDRP, Obama can draft civilians during peacetime with no pay, based on his definition of “times of emergency.” It allows for rationing of food, water, energy to homes, drugs, OTC medicines and vitamins. Travel will be restricted by government; farms will be effectively nationalized, telecommunication usage will be limited. Individual liberties and personal protections will be jeopardized under martial law.
Immigrants, who have lived it first hand, warn that Obama’s Socialist policies are in process of overtaking and devouring America. From Russia to Africa, Cuba to South America, immigrants are confounded at a media that refuses to call an American President whose policies are steeped in Socialism — a “Socialist.” Even Obama appears foolish when denying it as his actions listed above merely skim the surface. If unleashed to fulfill his goals of socialistic dominion and retribution, a once free American people will find themselves, along with freedom-seeking immigrants – with nowhere to run.

Barack Obama put a short leash on almost a million undocumented people living in the United States and he wants them to thank him for it. Mere months before the presidential election, Obama tossed a bone to the offspring of undocumented parents and labeled it the Dream Act. Obama’s Dream Act is temporary and lasts two years. Just long enough to get him re-elected and to influence outcomes in future local and state races. For those affected, this “two-years-is-better-than-none” band-aide provides only temporary euphoria. Unlike Obama’s short-term gimmick for votes, Republican Senator Marco Rubio’s version of the Dream Act calls for a permanent, lasting solution so that all who are affected can live their lives with certainty. Rubio seeks to free people’s futures with a permanent solution while Obama’s goal is to own the Hispanic-American vote. The question is: Are Hispanic-American voters that easily fooled?

Using another short-term ploy, Obama insults American businesses, including Hispanic-American business owners, as he calls for a two year extension of the Bush tax cuts. If he were serious, Obama would make the tax cuts permanent. In classic bait-and-switch mode, Obama coaxes businesses to deplete their financial base by hiring and expanding for two years — only to pull the proverbial rug out from under them if re-elected. Obama plans, on record, a barrage of fees and taxes at insufferable levels that will bring financial pain to Americans of all backgrounds. Many businesses will be forced to close – permanently. As Hispanics lose jobs, Democrats enslave what they view as another “minority” group with food stamps, welfare and poverty. Joblessness decimates the “Dream” for all who live or seek harbor in America.

Like many Blacks, Hispanic-Americans are economically and socially part of the middle and upper class. Hard work and perseverance has led most to success. Many shake their heads at the desperate plight of Black communities under decades of Democrat rule. They have witnessed that for Blacks, particularly in inner cities, the Democrat Party represents one dead-end street after another in endless poverty-infested neighborhoods nationwide. They witness how poor Black districts fall for the Democrat’s age-old bait-and-switch scam based on recycled hope with no meaningful change. Time and again Democrats promise jobs, rebuilt communities and better education for children. One word represents poor Black communities under Democrat leadership: “betrayal.” In increasing numbers, Hispanic-American voters are becoming savvy to the liberal’s lure of the “promise-but-don’t-deliver” Democrat trap. Blind loyalty or voting based on race has been devastating for American Blacks. Hispanics claim no racial “obligation” to vote for Obama. Hispanics’ obligation is to their families and their futures in a strong America.

Americans of Hispanic descent should ask why successful Black Americans such as Republican Congressman Allen West (FL-R) and former Republican Presidential candidate Herman Cain urge fellow Blacks to escape the “21st century Democrat plantation.” Or, why former Democrat Congressman Artur Davis is switching parties. Once called the “Obama of Alabama” and a rising star in the Democrat Party, Davis’ insider view of Democrats’ self-serving policies left him disillusioned. Davis is calling for the defeat of Barack Obama. The former Democrat related his distrust of Obama to Alicia Cohn of The Hill: “Like so many other people, I didn’t get what I voted for …literally close to ten million people have left his camp. I am one of many, many people.”

Democrats themselves do have fleeting moments of honesty. New York Congressman Charlie Rangel (NY-D) represents predominantly Black Harlem. With Harlem’s child poverty rate nearing 40% and its unemployment rate now over 16% at twice the national average, Democrat Rangel admitted on camera that: “Nothing has been achieved by Liberals [Democrats] to improve the lives of the Black Community.” Under the failed leadership of Barack Obama more Blacks are out of work, thrown onto the poverty roles and are collecting food stamps at historically high rates. Unemployment for young Blacks is reaching 40% while the Black illegitimacy rate is 70%. Socialists like Black Congresswoman Maxine Waters (CA-D) bemoans the broken promises. Citing the wasteland of joblessness and poverty in her home district, Waters sent a message to Barack Obama as he golfed and vacationed in the elite enclave of Martha’s Vineyard saying: “We’re tired, ya’ll, we’re tired.” Do Hispanic-American voters believe they will fare any better than Blacks under Obama?

What should inflame every American is the Obama administration’s callous disregard for the lives of Hispanics. In an act of unspeakable racism, in its ploy to obstruct the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that allows Americans to own guns, the Obama administration was willing to allow hundreds of Mexican citizens and their families to be slaughtered. Under the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scheme, the Obama administration arranged for close to two thousand guns to be sold to Mexican drug cartels and human traffickers resulting in murderous attacks on Mexican citizens and American Border Agents. By dipping their hands in Mexican blood, Obama’s Justice Department gun-smuggling collaborators hoped to shift the blame for the killings on American gun laws and force an outcry for gun control in America. In the scheme to curtail Americans’ Constitutional right to bear arms, defenseless Mexican men, women and children were devalued as human beings. To the Obama Justice Department, they were collateral damage – faceless casualties amid the carnage. That same violence is migrating into Hispanic neighborhoods in American cities where Mexican gang cartel members blend in and ply their trade. Turning a blind eye while Hispanic-American families are left in harm’s way is racist. Is this a president or Democrat Party that Hispanics, north or south of the border, can trust?

Democrats try to hide that racism is at the core of the Democrat Party. The relationship between Democrats and Blacks has an ugly, dysfunctional history. Democrats founded the Ku Klux Klan which was known as “the terrorist wing of the Democrat Party” with the goal to terrify both blacks and conservative whites. Democrats railed in opposition when the Republican Party called for “equality for all races” and forced the shut-down of the KKK. Hispanic-Americans should today listen to the warnings from Black-Americans who have first-hand experience with empty Democrat promises. With elitism and arrogance, Democrats claim ownership of the Black vote. Using class-warfare and race-baiting rhetoric to deflect from the failings of Obama, Democrats have now set their target on corralling the blind allegiance of Hispanic voters.

Most voters now know that a sound American economy is the key to their future, that Obama’s tightening regulations strangle the growth of their companies and kill off their jobs, and that the Democrat’s Progressive-Socialist agenda threatens their freedoms and the foundations of their faith. Obama reignited racial conflict for political purposes. Black voters may choose to blindly ignore such manipulation. Democrats hope that they can snare Hispanics into the same trap. But, American-Hispanics have a historical advantage. They can witness their and their children’s futures through the Black experience — before they take the Democrat bait. Blind loyalty to the Democrat Party has resulted in joblessness, poverty and homelessness as Black families live amid the shards of broken promises. As Democrat Willie Brown, the first Black Mayor of San Francisco, writes bluntly for The San Francisco Chronicle, when it comes to Barack Obama’s re-election for president, “The thrill is gone.”

Did you notice who Obama threatened when he wasn't getting his way on raising the debt ceiling?

He threatened to not pay: Social Security Retirees, Military Retirees, Social Security disability and Federal Retirees.

Now.. Let this sink in really good -

He did not threaten to stop payments to illegal aliens.
He did not threatened to take frivolous benefits such as Internet access away from violent inmates.
He did not offer to fire some of the thousands of unnecessary federal employees that he hired.
He did not offer to cut down on his or his wife's frivolous gallivanting around.
He did not threaten to not pay the senators and representatives or any of their staff.
He did not threaten to take benefits away from welfare recipients.
He did not threaten the food stamp programs.
He did not threaten to not pay foreign aid.
He did not threaten to cut back on anything that involves his base voters.
The list could go on and on. He is in full political re-election mode!

Why are we allowing this person to destroy this wonderful country with his selfishness and his lies?
His type of change is killing our country. He needs to be stopped and only our votes can stop him.

Do not forget about his tactics when it's election time. Vote Obama out of the Presidency in 2012.

Anglos' in Texas - It's Over for You!

"It's basically over for Anglos" in Texas. It's a terrible situation that you are in. I am worried," says Demographer, Steve Murdock said.

Two of every three Texas children are now non-Anglo and the trend line will become even more pronounced in the future, said Murdock, former U.S. Census Bureau director and now director of the Hobby Center for the Study of Texas at Rice University.

B y 2040, only 20 percent of the state's public school enrollment will be Anglo, he said. Last year, non-Hispanic white children made up 33.3 percent of the state's 4.8 million public school enrollment.

The state's future looks bleak assuming the current trend line does not change because education and income levels for Hispanics lag considerably behind Anglos, he said.

Unless the trend line changes, 30 percent of the state's labor force will not have even a high school diploma by 2040, he said. And the average household income will be about $6,500 lower than it was in 2000. That figure is not inflation adjusted so it will be worse than what it sounds.

There are the standard costs in dollars of illegal immigration and illegal immigrants in this nation. The cost to the nation and states is staggering.  The loss of jobs and the increase of crime, especially in the Southwestern states is becoming well documented.

But there is one cost, a hidden cost to this nation that is now associated with Illegal Immigration.  The extreme pollution these animals people do to our land.

We, in Arizona , know you're boycotting us -- but you really should come out here and see our Beautiful Sonoran Desert .


It's just gorgeous right now! We know you'd love it and maybe you can share what you saw with the rest of the country so they can love it too!

This is on an 'illegal super - highway' from Mexico to the USA ( Tucson ) used by human smugglers.

This area is located in a wash, approximately 1.5 miles long, just south of Tucson , Arizona . If a flood came, all this would be washed to the river and then onto the sea!

It is estimated over 5,000 discarded backpacks are in this wash. Countless water containers, food wrappers, clothing, feces, including thousands of soiled baby diapers. And as you can see in this picture, fresh footprints leading right into it.

As we kept walking down the wash, we thought for sure it was going to end, but around every corner was more and more trash!

And of course the trail leading out of the wash in our city, heads directly NORTH to Tucson , then leads to your town tomorrow.

They've already come through here. Isn't Arizona just beautiful, America ?

Why would you boycott us???

Our desert has basically been turned into a landfill.

The trash left behind by people illegally crossing our border is another Environmental Disaster to hit the USA .

If these actions had been done in one of our Northwest Forests or Seashore National Parks areas, there would be an uprising of the American people.....but this is the Arizona-Mexican border.

You won't see these pictures on CNN, ABC, NBC or the Arizona Republic Repugnant newspaper. Nor will they mention the disease that comes from the uncovered human waste left in our desert.

However, with respect to CNN, ABC & NBC, they do offer us "Special Reports" on cheating celebrity spouses....

This information needs to be seen by the rest of the country.

There is no love for this country in these people.  Why should there be?  It is not there nation, their homeland.  So they feel that they have the right, the duty to destroy the natural beauty of the land. They have a simple plan to take back "Occupied Mexico" (The Southwestern States).  It has been very easy to do.

Destroy the schools, by forcing states to give bi-lingual education, and flooding the districts with illegal children and anchor babies, have made a mockery of the concept of a free education.  Instead of teaching the values of citizenship, and American History, our schools have been forced to eliminate those ideals in favor of not offending Hispanics.

The leftist Moonbats claim that they do the jobs US citizens won't do.  Horse Hockey!  (See picture on the left.)   Americans won't work for slave wages.  We want a decent wage for a day's work.

Finally it is the elimination of English as the de facto language of the United States. This will be replaced by Spanish.  This is already happening here in the US.  Official documents, election ballots, official forms, etc... are now bi-lingual, Spanish and English. In some areas, only Spanish.  All this in the name of Multi-Culturalism!  If you are against this, you are labelled a "racist".  That is the way the left tries to silence their opponents. Cry racist.  But in truth, it is the left and even more important the supporters of La Raza who show their real racism here, here, here, here, and here (There are thousands of more examples.).

You are wondering why the media is silent on this.  Not only the media, but every Enviromental group.  Where is the Sierra Club?  Where is Greenpeace?  Why no statements or calls to action?  Do you know who has been out in front on this?According to Miss Beth it has been our candidates, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, all kinds of groups (except the border first groups) are out there every weekend cleaning it up. Useable clothes and shoes are cleaned up and donated to charity, the backpacks are cleaned up and donated for poor school kids. The rest, obviously, is trashed.

This shouldn't be happening here.  We need secure borders now!  A real wall with the National Guard patrolling the area.  Arresting those who try to cross, with the right to shoot those who try to flee.

Israel has the right idea!  This wall keeps terrorists out!

It is long past time to finally close off our southern border!
