Oh, this is embarrassing! Our wimp of a President trying to fit into the hat of the Commander-in-Chief. Geez! He could at least take the "Kick Me" sign off his back.

Look. This is what you get when you put a guy in an office for which he is not suited, not ready for, and does not have the cahones to make hard decisions. And believe me, Mr. Obama is decision averse! He hates making decisions of any kind but he hates hard decisions the most dragging his feet hoping he can outlast the problem, run out the clock, and not have to make a decision at all.

I've known other people just like that. It strikes me that the people who delay making decisions are the very same people who condemn the final decision maker if the slightest thing goes wrong.

See, here's where I am having an immense problem with Obama's feckless behavior. Our national honor is now at stake and he, Obama, has caused it to be called into question and that just stinks!

We have this expression down south that covers situations like this. It is something like this: "It's is really bad to run a man down and THEN HAVE YOUR BUTT WHIPPED!"

Mr. Obama's mouth has written a check his butt cannot cash! The man is folding like a wilted suit before the gaze of -- NO -- not Assad! Putin!

Anyone running their mouths as often as our motor-mouth President must be prepared to stick his foot in it fairly often. Occasionally, he may step so deeply into it, that he must be willing to fight to back up his spoken rhetoric. If he isn't willing to go all out to preserve his honor, and the honor of those he represents, well then, he isn't much of a man.

The thing is this: You cannot take a nation like the US to the brink of war with threats unless you are willing to carry through. Apparently Obama, as is his wont, believed his own BS. He apparently believed that his just uttering the words would so fill the hearts of the enemy with fear and dread that they would shut-up and slink away with their collective tails between their legs.

Didn't happen.

Those of us who live out here in the real world never thought it would and said so publicly. All he has accomplished is to make America look like a paper tiger -- a reflection, perhaps, of its leader.

Oh, and he has emboldened our enemies the world over. By his feckless action, or lack there of, he has made the situation exponentially worse.

Whereas, a few days ago, a pinprick, surgical, strike might actually have served a purpose, done some good, (The operative word in the preceding sentence is "MIGHT.") now, however, a pinprick, surgical, strike will do absolutely nothing besides provide a propaganda victory to the enemy.

Now, the US Forces must make a major strike, seriously damaging the command and control centers of Assad's government, his airfields, his harbor(s), his transportaion modes, his communications, take out his air forces, his navy -- in other words, we have to throw that ole "shock and awe" at Assad, or -- do nothing at all.

Oh, dear reader, how many times have we reminded America that liberal's have no understanding of military force nor its application. You are seeing it play out right before your eyes today. No matter how this Syrian adventure of Mr. Obama's plays out, it will not be good for the US.

Normally, I would say that calling off the attack would do the US less harm than if we carry through with a strike so surgical as to be perceived as a face-saving slap on the wrist. Not now.

Our national honor has been laid upon the alter of Obama's over inflated vanity by his words, vacuous words that demonstrated a distinct lack of intelligence or thought; that were, in fact, stupid and even silly It is a sacrifice we cannot afford to make. No nation can.

Obama made this bed, now America must lie upon it.

Personally, I didn't want this war. I can find no definable US interest in Syria. Frankly, it appears (to me) to be more of a "micturition contest" between Obama and Putin than anything else.

Obama has brought us to the stage at which anything less than a full scale attack will be interpreted by the remainder of the world as turning tail and running. Sorry, folks, but that's the way it is. As a conservative commentator has said so many times: "Words mean things." A President has a responsibility to measure his every utterance.

Someone once said: "A man is never so empty as when he is full of himself." I am very much afraid we have a Commander-in-Chief who has suddenly found himself backed into a corner by his own rhetoric. Unfortunately, he has forced the country into the same corner with him and that is unacceptable in the extreme.

If you have ever wondered what would happen if you threw a truck load of cow manure into a fertilizer spreader,  you're about to find out!

It would seem that, finally, the Obama Administration has concluded that Americans are sufficiently stupid enough that they can now be plied with taxpayer funded lies gussied-up to appear as truthful messages from a "caring government" sometimes referred to as ... Aunt Nanna.

The Obama Regime has decided we are dumb enough that we won't even notice that we are being manipulated by the machinations of dark forces within a government gone rogue.

As if that were not scary enough, after a bit of soul searching, I have concluded Obama is right.   I think we HAVE become just that stupid.

Once again, we warn that the US is beginning to favor the old USSR more and more, every day, under the Obama Regime.  Until NOW the people of the US have not had to bear-up under the strain of government sponsored propaganda broadcasts. In the Old USSR it was common practice.  In nearly all Marxist countries it is standard practice. Now that the US has adopted Marxism, under Obama's guidance and tutorship,  it will now be a part of every American's daily brain training by the government.

Until now, it was flat-out illegal to broadcast government propaganda in the US.  No longer.

The topics covered include human rights abuses in Iran; self-immolation in Tibet; human trafficking across Asia; and on-the-ground reporting in Egypt and Iraq." SOURCE

For most Americans, I suspect the "BBG" is a completely unheard of organization.  Heck, I spent thirty years in the broadcasting industry and I rarely, if ever, heard their name brought up. 

Back in the day --you know -- back before America became stupid and people actually paid attention to things outside their thirty inches of personal space, folks had heard of entities such as: Voice of America, Radio Free Europe, Radio Liberty, Middle East Broadcasting networks (including Alhurra TV and Radio Sawa), Radio Free Asia, and the Office of Cuba Broadcasting better known, at least among the domestic broadcasting community, as "Radio Marti."  

The BBG became an independent, autonomous entity on October 1, 1999, as a result of the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (Pub.L. 105–277). BBG had 3,200 employees and a budget of US$535 million in 2002. SOURCE

The 2012 budget request from BBG was $767 million.

"According to a series of reports beginning in 2004 and generated by the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the BBG has struggled to live up to its mission. For instance, GAO highlighted a structural issue of the BBG in a 2004 report claiming that "organizationally, the existence of five separate broadcast entities has led to overlapping language services, duplication of program content, redundant news gathering and support services, and difficulties coordinating broadcast efforts."[10] The report also added that "marketing challenges include outmoded program formats, poor signal delivery, and low audience awareness in many markets." [10]/blockquote> In April 2010, Senator Tom Coburn held up the appointments of the Obama administration, with the aim of drawing attention to the organization's perceived ineffectiveness, stating in an interview: "The BBG is the most worthless organization in the federal government. It's full of people who know nothing about media or foreign policy."[2] Senator Jim DeMint also attempted to use the nominations to force a hearing on the BBG, after frustrations with a perceived lack of congressional oversight over the organization.[2] Coburn had written an open letter to then-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in August 2010 citing "longstanding concerns regarding transparency and effectiveness of our taxpayer funded international broadcasting agencies under the purview of the Broadcasting Board of Governors." Understand:  We are talking about the US government feeding propaganda to the American people.  Understand, too, that propaganda is information (or misinformation) that is spread for the purpose of promoting some cause, some action (or even some inaction) the government favors.  It is pure manipulation of the masses often described as "brain washing."  In the months and years ahead look for it anywhere as political propaganda (especially Marxist propaganda) can be, and often is, communicated via art, literature, and the movies.   Just a few years ago, I would not be so troubled by this announcement.  Now, however, with the American public having been dumbed-down by decades of government indoctrination in the so-called public education system, It is certainly conceivable that propaganda could (and I am now convinced -- WILL) be a very effective tool for the government to use to continue to shred the constitution and the rights guaranteed to the American people by it.

The inability to discern the difference between government propaganda and the truth will have dire consequences for freedom in America. In rather short order Americans will no longer know WHOM to believe and the more discerning among us will choose to believe no one!

If you have not done so already, then we advise you to dust off your "BS Meter", calibrate it, and prepare for the tsunami of Bovine Scatology coming your way from those wonderful people who brought you Obamacare.

We watched high school principal Dennis Prager of Colorado , along with Sara Palin and Tom Brokaw on TV a couple of weeks ago….what a dynamic, down to earth speaker. Even though Palin and Brokaw were also guest speakers they did little but nod and agree with him.

To the students and faculty of our high school:

I am your new principal, and honored to be so.
There is no greater calling than to teach young people.

I would like to apprise you of some important changes coming to our school. I am making these changes because I am convinced that some ideas that have dominated public education in America have worked against you, against your teachers and against our country.

First, this school will no longer honor race or ethnicity.
I could not care less if your racial makeup is black, brown, red, yellow or white. I could not care less if your origins are African, Latin American, Asian or European, or if your ancestors arrived here on the Mayflower or on slave ships. The only identity I care about, the only one this school will recognize, is your individual identity — your character, your scholarship, your humanity. And the only national identity this school will care about is American.

This is an American public school, and American public schools were created to make better Americans. If you wish to affirm an ethnic, racial or religious identity through school, you will have to go elsewhere. We will end all ethnicity, race and non-American nationality-based celebrations. They undermine the motto of America , one of its three central values — epluribus Unum, “from many, one.” And this school will be guided by America ‘s values. This includes all after-school clubs. I will not authorize clubs that divide students based on any identities. This includes race, language, religion, sexual orientation or whatever else may become in vogue in a society divided by political correctness.

Your clubs will be based on interests and passions, not blood, ethnic, racial or other physically defined ties. Those clubs just cultivate narcissism — an unhealthy preoccupation with the self — while the purpose of education is to get you to think beyond yourself. So we will have clubs that transport you to the wonders and glories of art, music, astronomy, languages you do not already speak, carpentry and more. If the only extracurricular activities you can imagine being interested in are those based on ethnic, racial or sexual identity, that means that little outside of yourself really interests you.

Second, I am uninterested in whether English is your native language. My only interest in terms of language is that you leave this school speaking and writing English as fluently as possible. The English language has united America ‘s citizens for over 200 years, and it will unite us at this school. It is one of the indispensable reasons this country of immigrants has always come to be one country. And if you leave this school without excellent English language skills, I would be remiss in my duty to ensure that you will be prepared to successfully compete in the American job market. We will learn other languages here — it is deplorable that most Americans only speak English — but if you want classes taught in your native language rather than in English, this is not your school.

Third, because I regard learning as a sacred endeavor , everything in this school will reflect learning’s elevated status. This means, among other things, that you and your teachers will dress accordingly. Many people in our society dress more formally for Hollywood events than for church or school. These people have their priorities backward. Therefore, there will be a formal dress code at this school.

Fourth, no obscene language will be tolerated anywhere on this school’s property — whether in class, in the hallways or at athletic events. If you can’t speak without using the f -word, you can’t speak. By obscene language I mean the words banned by the Federal Communications Commission, plus epithets such as “Nigger,” even when used by one black student to address another black, or “bitch,” even when addressed by a girl to a girlfriend. It is my intent that by the time you leave this school, you will be among the few your age to instinctively distinguish between the elevated and the degraded, the holy and the obscene.

Fifth, we will end all self-esteem programs. In this school, self-esteem will be attained in only one way — the way people attained it until decided otherwise a generation ago — by earning it. One immediate consequence is that there will be one valedictorian, not eight.

Sixth, and last, I am reorienting the school toward academics and away from politics and propaganda. No more time will be devoted to scaring you about smoking and caffeine, or terrifying you about sexual harassment or global warming. No more semesters will be devoted to condom wearing and teaching you to regard sexual relations as only or primarily a health issue… There will be no more attempts to convince you that you are a victim because you are not white, or not male, or not heterosexual or not Christian. We will have failed if any one of you graduates this school and does not consider him or herself inordinately fortunate — to be alive and to be an American.

Now, please stand and join me in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of our country. As many of you do not know the words, your teachers will hand them out to you.

If all schools nationwide adopted this ideology for their schools, I know we would all be better off!

But - surprise! - we see a rooster somehow managed to escape unscathed and is hopping around the rubble!

Sunday night Michelle Obama had a first for any First Lady.  No she didn't learn proper table manners.  No she hasn't learned to dress properly.  Our dear First Lady presented the Oscar for Best Picture.  Surrounded by female soldiers, she told the world that Argo had won.  What joy!  See how low the office of First Lady has sunk.

The culmination of last night’s Oscars broadcast with a Live! feed from the White House with Mrs. Obama (hangin’ with her military BFs) marks the official recognition of the Presidency as theater: like the old Western sets, no substance required.

From the very beginning, President Obama was elected based on his strong delivery of stirring words, “Hope and change,” with no serious vetting of his record or policies. Having been awarded the presidency, as the Oscars follow the Golden Globes, Mr. Obama was next awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, solely for his well-scripted promises for peace.

And thus the facade continues: promising peace and delivering expanded war, with new frontiers broken for drone killings of children and other innocents, legal justifications crafted for killing Americans, and near-limitless executive power over nearly every aspect of our lives. Reciting the Progressive line while delivering impoverishment, decreased access and less-affordable healthcare, clearly it matters only what he says, not what is. His hoped-for next act: new goals of gun control that would make the most vulnerable more so, an increased minimum wage that would further exacerbate the inability of those with no work experience to get an entry-level job in which to hone the skills that will put them on the economic ladder, and “green” measures, based, like the Life of Pi, on computer-generated fantasy so much more appealing than dry real-world data.

But it’s OK. The Obamas make us feel good about ourselves, and, after all, that’s what Hollywood, er, Washington, is all about.

Of course, this didn’t start with this administration. Mr. Bush is still hailed a “conservative,” despite having perpetrated preemptive war based on an only-in-Washington scenario of mysterious WMDs, setting off the executive power avalanche that’s really rolling now, and quadrupling the size of the federal government.

But the trend certainly seems to be finding its culmination in the currently reigning stars of the White House—and it’s certainly not one that’s healthy for the ticket-paying audience.

Could you imagine what the reaction from the Lame Stream Media would have been if Laura Bush had tried such a stunt.  Just because Michelle Obama is the First Lady doesn't entitle her to the perks and privileges of a queen.  In fact she is not fit for such a role by her demonstration of manners (Or lack of them.) during the inaugural luncheon.  And just imagine we will have 3 more years of these antics to cope with.  G-d help us!

Red Nightmare

Imagine waking up one morning and finding yourself living under Soviet style Communism.  Your wife, children, neighbors, boss, etc... all turn you into the authorities.  You have no rights, no freedom.  What would you do?

That is what happens to Jerry Donavan (Played by Jack Kelly) in this Department of Defense "Directorate of Armed Forces Information and Education" (Training Film).

Based on the stories of European refugees fleeing the Soviet Union, this is a chilling reminder of what the dictatorship of the Proletariat upon the American Shore.




Take a look at many of the recent changes that have been happening in the United States government in recent years -- especially the many programs of the Department of Homeland Security. Could America morphing into the very thing about which Jack Webb was warning folks in the early 1950's?

He Who Controls The Present Controls The Past

Is one of the slogans of the Party in the novel 1984 by George Orwell.  In the novel the Party changes the facts of history to suit their purposes.  And it seems that the White House under Big Brother Barack Hussein Obama is doing the same.

The Obama White House is drawing ridicule for appending the official online biographies of nearly every president over the last century in order to link President Obama's accomplishments to the former commanders in chief.

The Obama team went into the pages of U.S. presidents dating back to Calvin Coolidge to add friendly looking "Did you know?" fact boxes to the end of their bios. Those additions were used to plug a host of Obama administration initiatives, ranging from the health care overhaul to the so-called "Buffett Rule" to his green-energy policies.

For instance, the following line was added to the official bio of the late President Ronald Reagan:

"In a June 28, 1985, speech, Reagan called for a fairer tax code, one where a multimillionaire did not have a lower tax rate than his secretary. Today, President Obama is calling for the same with the Buffett Rule."

Thus stating that President Obama is just like Ronald Reagan.

The White House is coming under heavy criticism from conservatives for the changes, and not just to Reagan's page.

Late Tuesday, the White House defended itself, claiming the staff was merely adding links to other pages.

"No biographies have been altered," a White House official told Fox News. "We simply added links at the bottom of each page to related whitehouse.gov content, which is a commonly used best practice to encourage people to browse more pages on a site."

The additions do include links, but they're more than that. Each one finds a way to tout an Obama administration policy or practice in the process.

There's this at the bottom of the Franklin D. Roosevelt biography, for instance:

"On August 14, 1935, President Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act. Today the Obama administration continues to protect seniors and ensure Social Security will be there for future generations."

And this, at the end of President Lyndon Johnson's, drawing a link between his signing of Medicare and Obama's signing of the health care overhaul:

"President Lyndon Johnson signed Medicare into law in 1965 -- providing millions of elderly health care stability. President Obama's historic health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act, strengthens Medicare, offers eligible seniors a range of preventive services with no cost-sharing, and provides discounts on drugs when in the coverage gap known as the 'donut hole.'"

The changes also link Harry Truman's call for civil rights to the Obama administration's push to repeal "don't ask, don't tell." And they link Jimmy Carter's creation of the Department of Energy to Obama's push for an "all of the above" energy approach today.

The Obama accomplishments cited range from the significant to the mundane. On the bio of John F. Kennedy, the Obama staff cited the current president's decision to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps with a "presidential proclamation," as a way to link the current administration to Kennedy's -- which launched the Peace Corps.

The only post-Coolidge president whose page is so far untouched is that of Gerald Ford.

Conservative blogs and publications ripped the White House Tuesday for the move, even starting a Twitter hashtag #ObamaInHistory to mock him. The Republican National Committee launched a tumble page called: "Obama in History -- World Changing Events You Didn't Know Obama Played A Part In."

The page goes on to show pictures of Obama standing with historical figures ranging from Einstein to Elvis to The Beatles. It also shows Obama at the Berlin Wall and Stonehenge.

I guess that when you don't have a record you are proud of to run on you have to associate yourself with Presidents past.  And when you are the President you can control what is written about you and your predecessors on the White House website.

Why We Fight...Israeli Version

During World War 2, a series of 7 propaganda films, directed by Frank Capra, was commissioned by the US government. This was to steer the American population, civilian and military, away from the propaganda that was being broadcast over the radio from Germany, and had been seen in the movie theaters leading up to the war. Especially Leni Riefenstahl's propaganda film Triumph of the Will.

Each film dealt with a different subject, a different reason if you will, on how the United States was forced into World War 2. And at the end of each film, the quotation from Army Chief of Staff George Marshall that "...the victory of the democracies can only be complete with the utter defeat of the war machines of Germany and Japan." is shown on screen, followed by a ringing Liberty Bell over which is superimposed a large letter "V" zooming into the screen.

Today Israel has its own why we fight video. It is not very long, a little over 2 1/2 minutes, but it explains very well what lead up to Operation Cast Lead.

Why is Israel fighting? Because no nation would allow its citizens to be bombarded daily from across their borders without finally losing their patience and attacking back.

American schools are rife with left-wing propaganda disguised as knowledge. But now American school children are being taught that Jesus was a Palestinian, that Jews and Judaism are legalistic, and that Jews care only about the letter of the law and ignore its spirit.

American elementary and high school textbooks contain many "gross misrepresentations" of Judaism, Christianity and Israel, according to a book-length study released this week by the San Francisco-based Institute for Jewish and Community Research.

"It is shocking to discover that history and geography textbooks widely used in America's elementary and secondary classrooms contain some of the very same inaccuracies about Christianity, Judaism and the Middle East as those [used] in Iran," the IJCR said in a summary of the findings of the five-year study.

In examining the 28 most widely-used history, geography and social studies textbooks in America, researchers Dr. Gary Tobin and Dennis Ybarra found some 500 instances of "errors, inaccuracies and even propaganda" on these issues. Tens of millions of schoolchildren in all 50 states use the textbooks, according to Tobin.

Among the "outrageous misrepresentations" the study found was "a denial of the Jewish roots of Jesus," as when the textbook The World relates that "Christianity was started by a young Palestinian named Jesus."

"Textbooks include negative stereotypes of Jews, Judaism and Israel," the authors write. "For example, textbooks tend to discredit the ties between Jews and the land of Israel."

According to Tobin, "you're much more likely to learn about Jewish terrorism before the founding of Israel [in the textbooks] than about terrorism against Israel since that time."

Among the claims made about Israel in some of the textbooks are that Arab countries never initiated wars against Israel, Arab nations desire peace while Israel does not and that it was Israel that placed Palestinians in refugee camps in Arab lands, not Arab governments. No mention whatsoever was found relating to the hundreds of thousands of Jewish refugees from Arab countries who were forced out after the establishment of Israel.

In their treatment of Judaism, too, the textbooks showed a negative bias, according to the study. They often expressed a view that "Jews and Judaism are legalistic," and that "Jews care only about the letter of the law and ignore its spirit," the study found. The Jewish God is presented as "stern and warlike," and not compassionate, as is highlighted in other religions. In some instances, Jews are charged with deicide in the killing of Jesus.

The study also found that 18 textbooks used "unscholarly and disparaging 'Old Testament' terminology for the Jewish scriptures when discussing the origins of Judaism."

The study compared language used in describing Jewish and Christian belief with that describing Muslim belief. "The textbooks tend to be critical of Jews and Israel, disrespectful about Christianity, and rather than represent Islam in an objective way, tend to glorify it," says Ybarra.

"Textbook publishers often defer completely to Muslim groups for their content [on Islam] because they want to be sensitive to Muslim concerns," he explained. "So they write that Mohammed is a prophet of God, without the qualifier you should have in a public school that shows you're teaching about religion, rather than teaching religion."

One example among the many cited in the study is in World History: Continuity and Change, in which a glossary entry on the Ten Commandments describes them as "Moral laws Moses claimed to have received from the Hebrew God Yahweh on Mount Sinai."

The same glossary describes the Koran as a "Holy Book of Islam containing revelations received by Muhammad from God" - without a conditional qualifier.

"Islam is treated with a devotional tone in some textbooks, less detached and analytical than it ought to be," the study finds. "Muslim beliefs are described in several instances as fact, without any clear qualifier such as 'Muslims believe... .'

"No religion should be presented in history textbooks as absolute truth, either on its own or compared to any other, or they all should be."

"All in all, there are repeated misrepresentations that cross the line into bigotry," the authors write.

People ask me why am I so nervous and apprehensive these days. This isn't the 1930's and Germany. I point to things like this and try to explain. The Holocaust didn't start with Concentration Camps and Gas Chambers. It started with thing just like this. Making Jews seem to be evil and corrupt. This is exactly what was taught to German children in Nazi schools, and now is being taught to American children. The next step will be a very simple one. It will be the blaming of the nation's financial woes on the Jewish people. I can see that happening if Barack Hussein Obama becomes President. For our economy will take a couple of years to recover, and he is a very impatient person. Instead of taking the blame or coming up with a real solution, he will find an scapegoat and use it to his advantage.

The groundwork is being set as we speak. The next step will be taken if Obama becomes President. It is just a short leap from scapegoating a people to gassing them. And the world will do nothing but cheer.

Is Barack Hussein Obama the new Adolf Hitler? Let us look at the comparisons.

Both men talked about change for their nations.
Both men were able to draw large crowds at their rallies.
Both men made women faint.
Both men had a cult like following.

Sound similar to me.

Both men never held high public office before their rise to party prominence.
Both men were befriended by known criminals.
Both men promised better times for their people.

It is very easy to see the similarities in the 2.

In Germany during the 30's and 40's Hitler was compared to Jesus, saying he was the new Messiah. Today the media has said that Barack Hussein Obama is more popular than Jesus. They have called him the new Messiah.

"A human group transforms itself into a crowd when it suddenly responds to a suggestion rather than to reasoning, to an image rather than to an idea, to an affirmation rather than to proof, to the repetition of a phrase rather than to arguments, to prestige rather than to competence."

Jean-Francois Revel was not referring to the United States when he wrote those words, nor to his own France, but to human beings in general. He was certainly not referring to Sen. Barack Obama, whom he probably never heard of, since Revel died last year.

To find anything comparable to crowds' euphoric reactions to Mr. Obama, you would have to go back to old newsreels of German crowds in the 1930s, with their adulation of their Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler. With hindsight, we can look back on those people with pity, knowing now how many of them would be led to their deaths by the man they idolized.

The exultation of the moment can exact a brutal price after that moment has passed. Nowhere is that truer than when it comes to picking the leader of a nation, which means entrusting that leader with the fate of millions today and of generations yet unborn.

A leader does not have to be evil to lead a country into a catastrophe. Inexperience and incompetence can create very similar results, perhaps even faster in a nuclear age, when even "a small country" - as Mr. Obama called Iran - can wreak havoc anywhere in the world, when they are led by suicidal fanatics and supply nuclear weapons to terrorists who are likewise suicidal fanatics.

Barack Obama is truly a phenomenon of our time - a presidential candidate who cannot cite a single serious accomplishment in his entire career, besides advancing his own career with rhetoric.

He has a rhetorical answer for everything. (Emphasis mine.) Those of us who talk about the threat of Iran are just engaging in "the politics of fear" according to Mr. Obama, something to distract us from "the real issues," such as raising taxes and handing out largess with the proceeds.

Those who have studied the years leading up to World War II have been astonished by how many people and how many countries failed to see what Adolf Hitler was getting ready to do.

Even though Hitler telegraphed his punches, few people seemed to get the message. Books about that period have had such titles as "The Gathering Storm" and "Why England Slept."

We are seeing the rise of a new Hitler. But unlike Germany in the 20's, Obama cannot openly come out and spout his anti-Semitic rhetoric (which he learned from his mentor, Jeremiah Wright) in fear of losing the Jewish vote. Nor can he come right out and spout his anti-American rhetoric (which he learn from his dear friend Bill Ayers) in fear of losing white voters.

Barack Hussein Obama must lie to the American voters to get elected. He is a great orator (so was Hitler) and can woo the nation's youth with his silken tongue. As a Jew I don't see Barack Hussein Obama as another Rev. Martin Luther King Jr, or another John F. Kennedy, I see him as the next Adolf Hitler. A man who is promising everything to every one and in the end will destroy this nation and its ideals.

IDF clears troops in propagandist's death.

On April 16, 2008 a Palestinian posing as a journalist (They can call themselves journalists all they want, but in reality they are propagandists!), Fadel Shana'a, was killed by an Israeli tank crew. He had been setting up his tripod getting ready to take film and they fired upon him.

Thousands gathered for the funeral of Fadel Shana, 23, a Reuters cameraman. His body was carried through the streets of Gaza City, draped in a Palestinian flag. His camera and bloodied flak jacket were carried on a second stretcher. Reuters said x-rays showed several inch-long darts, known as flechettes, embedded in Shana's chest and legs as well as his flak jacket. His jacket was marked with a fluorescent "Press" sign and his car, which was not armoured, was marked Press and TV.

Flechettes are small metal darts contained in some tank shells which explode above the ground and can cover a wide area. They have been used in conflicts since the first world war and have been used by the Israeli military in the past. In 2003 the Israeli high court rejected a petition by two human rights groups asking for flechette shells to be banned in Gaza.

Isn't it wonderful that these people give a funeral to cameras and flak jackets. How thoughtful. First reports of this was that an IAF helicopter fired at them, then a tank, then 10 tanks. They never could keep their reports about the incident straight.

But he was in an area where rockets are daily fired from. And setting up equipment in such an area will cause the military to attack on sight.

The army found that troops acted properly when they opened fire on Fadel Shana, suspecting he was a terrorist preparing to fire a missile after he set up a tripod in a Gaza battle zone. Shana was killed instantly by a tank shell that sprays a hail of metal darts at its target. Four bystanders also died in the attack.

"In light of the reasonable conclusion reached by the tank crew and its superiors, that the characters were hostile and were carrying an object most likely to be a weapon, the decision to fire at the targets ... was sound," Brig. Gen. Avihai Mandelblit, the IDF's top prosecutor, said in a letter sent to Reuters. The news agency made the letter public on Wednesday.

In a statement issued at its London headquarters, Reuters said the army probe could effectively give soldiers a "free hand to kill," without being sure of the identity of their targets.

"I'm extremely disappointed that this report condones a disproportionate use of deadly force in a situation the army itself admitted had not been analyzed clearly," said David Schlesinger, Reuters' editor in chief. "They would appear to take the view that any raising of a camera into position could garner a deadly response."

Shana, 24, was killed on April 16 while covering clashes between Gaza terrorists and IDF troops. Just before his death, Shana was filming an Israeli tank about one mile away, and his final video showed it firing a shell in his direction. The video cut off just as the shell burst in front of him.

The shooting occurred on a day of clashes in which three IDF soldiers and 20 Palestinians were killed.

I'm not surprised that Reuters' would issue such a statement. It is blatantly anti-Semitic and biased against any of the values the Free World (civilized nations) hold dear.

"The tank crew was unable to determine the nature of the object mounted on the tripod and positively identify it as an anti-tank missile, a mortar or a television camera," Mandelblit wrote.

He noted that earlier in the day, IDF troops had also come under fire from mortar shells, and a rocket-propelled grenade was fired at a tank.

"These contributed to a heightened sense of risk, and strengthened the genuine suspicion that the persons identified were in fact a threat to the tank and its crew," Mandelblit wrote.

He also said Shana and Wafa Mizyed, a Reuters colleague wounded in the attack, were wearing body armor commonly used by Palestinian militants.

"The tank crew's superiors, asked to authorize firing by the tank, reasonably concluded ... that the characters identified by the tank were hostile, and posed a threat to the tank and its crew," he wrote.

Let us see, setting up equipment in a war zone, wearing flak jackets similar to those worn by the enemy, and not identifying themselves as press, even though Reuters now claims that their flak jackets were blue not camouflage as earlier reports and film show them wearing.

In other words, if it looks like a duck, smells like a duck, talks like a duck and acts like a duck, the chances are that you have a Quacker there.
