Chapter 15

It was upon the 11th day of the hot month of August in the year 2012.  Two weeks before the congregation of the Republicans were to meet and proclaim their choice for leader.  The Anointed One has accused the soon to be proclaimed of every crime that a person can commit.  The Good Romney was accused of lying, and stealing, not paying of taxes (The worst crime to The Anointed One.), and the murder of a woman by giving her cancer.  He said that The Good Romney poisoned the wells of non-Mormons and killed their children for their rituals in their temples.  He demanded that The Good Romney show all of his tax returns and open his temples.

The Good Romney shook his head and laughed.  "I will NOT give you any thing but a headache."  He proclaimed.  Then he went to Virginia (A state that both need to win.) and aboard the Battleship USS Wisconsin (Iowa-class), The Good Romney declared his choice for a Running Mate.

I bring to you my people a man who cares about the future of this nation.
A man who will help restore our dignity, our rights, our fiscal responsibility.
A man with Conservative values and honest ideals.
My choice for my running mate, your next Vice President:
Ryan the Bold.

The crowd roared with approval.  The choice was bold.  The choice was the right one.  For The Good Romney had brought the debate back to the economy.  The Good Romney has given the nation a true choice.  Freedom or Slavery.

Upon the platform Ryan the Bold appeared and the crowd burst into a roar.  He then spoke:

I come to help restore this land.
To bring it back to civility.
To bring it back to rigorousness.
To bring it back to fiscal responsibility.
We cannot keep spending The People's Money without a thought to the future.
We cannot keep spending The People's Money without a budget to curb expenses.
We must curb our entitlement programs.

Our rights come from Nature and G-d, not Government!

This is a truth that all Americans know, even if they do not wish to acknowledge it,

The Anointed One laughed with glee.  The Good Romney chose the man they wanted him to have.  Too Conservative for the nation.  A man who He believes will destroy everything The Anointed One has created.  He will destroy Ryan the Bold.  And the attacks had begun.

The pundits who worshiped The Anointed One reminded the world of how out-of-date Ryan the Bold is.  How his ideas of government would throw their Grannies over the cliff.  How he would take food and shelter from the poor.  Of how he beats his wife and kicks puppies.

But let the truth be told.  The Anointed One has no record to run on.  The economy of the land is in shambles.  The price of gas is rising.  The price of food is so high that soon the whole land will be forced to either starve or take the stamps of food.  The Anointed One has been a failure.

With two weeks to his proclamation to the Leader of the Republicans, The Good Romney has changed the direction of this election.  It is a choice between Right and Wrong, Black and White, Good and Evil.

Last Day Round Up: We Never Quit!

The True American Republican Convention is over and what a week it was. This roller coaster of emotions almost didn't get off the ground. On Monday instead of having a party and celebration, these patriotic Americans took the time to raise money and pray for those in the path of Hurricane Gustav. It was by the grace of God that Gustav wasn't the horror it was suppose to be. Although Gustav didn't do the damage that Katrina did, the Gulf Coast did suffer losses and remember to keep them in your prayers.

Wednesday night, Vice Presidential Nominee Sarah Palin gave a wonderful speech, being the last speaker in a night filled with great speeches. She didn't hit a home run, but wasn't suppose to. She did load the bases for the winning team. She will make a great Vice President when McCain is elected in November.

Last night John Sidney McCain scored a Grand Slam Home Run! It was the speech that not only galvanized the assembled crowd, but the nation too.

Unlike the 80,000 manics who worshiped in the Temple of Obama last week in Denver, Senator John Sidney McCain spoke eloquently to the nation. He spoke accepted the party's nomination with grace and true humility, not allowing the moment to overcome him. He thanked those who he debated to get the nomination, calling them leaders of great ability who love our country and wish to lead it to better days. He thanked the President for leading us in these dark days following the worst attack in American history. And he thanked former President George H.W. and Mrs. Bush for their leadership and service to the nation.

Through out the speech I felt tears fall down my cheeks, especially when he said:

I won't let you down. I won't let you down.

He was magnaminous to Barack Hussein Obama when he said:

And, finally, a word to Senator Obama and his supporters. We'll go at it -- we'll go at it over the next two months -- you know that's the nature of this business -- and there are big differences between us. But you have my respect and my admiration.

Despite our differences, much more unites us than divides us. We are fellow Americans, and that's an association that means more to me than any other.

We're dedicated to the proposition that all people are created equal and endowed by our creator with inalienable rights. No country -- no country ever had a greater cause than that. And I wouldn't be an American worthy of the name if I didn't honor Senator Obama and his supporters for their achievement.

But let there be no doubt, my friends: We're going to win this election.

Yes we're going to win this election. Tonight we heard the first speech given by President John S. McCain. And I know it won't be his last.

And when Code Pinko, those traitors in women's clothes, tried to divert attention away from him, John came out with one of the best one liners I had ever heard:

Please, please, please. My friends, my dear friends, please. Please don't be diverted by the ground noise and the static.

No matter what those moonbats tried, they didn't succeed. Then he praised his running mate, Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska.

You know, she has an executive experience and a real record of accomplishment. She's tackled tough problems, like energy independence and corruption. She's balanced a budget, cut taxes, and she's taken on the special interests.

She's reached across the aisle and asked Republicans, Democrats, and independents to serve in her administration. She's the wonderful mother of five children.

She's -- she's helped run a small business. She's worked with her hands and knows -- and knows what it's like to worry about mortgage payments, and health care, and the cost of gasoline and groceries.

She knows where she comes from, and she knows who she works for. She stands up for what's right, and she doesn't let anyone tell her to sit down.

I'm very proud to have introduced our next vice president to the country, but I can't wait until I introduce her to Washington.

John McCain spoke about the serious problems this nation faces. And gave real solutions, not just platitudes of Hope and Change. He spoke about his childhood and how he didn't see his father for 4 long years or the death of his grandfather. He spoke with tears in his eyes of his days as a POW in Vietnam and how his faith and love of nation kept him sane and whole. And he spoke about how we must deal with the bullies and tyrants of the world. How we will remain the world's leader, the one nation other countries turn to when they are in trouble. And he spoke about his time in the Senate. The long years and battles that he has fought there.

I have that record and the scars to prove it. Senator Obama does not.

No Obama only has a speech in his pocket. Voting present does not constitute change. It only means that you are in the building.

But you judge. Instead of speaking of what is wrong with our nation, he is speaking of how to really change our nation. A call to arms in a way.

My friends, I've been an imperfect servant of my country for many years. But I've been her servant first, last, and always. And I've never...

I've never lived a day, in good times or bad, that I didn't thank God for the privilege.

I fell in love with my country when I was a prisoner in someone else's. I loved it not just for the many comforts of life here. I loved it for its decency, for its faith in the wisdom, justice, and goodness of its people.

I loved it because it was not just a place, but an idea, a cause worth fighting for. I was never the same again; I wasn't my own man anymore; I was my country's.

I'm not running for president because I think I'm blessed with such personal greatness that history has anointed me to save our country in its hour of need.

My country saved me. My country saved me, and I cannot forget it. And I will fight for her for as long as I draw breath, so help me God.

My friends, if you find faults with our country, make it a better one. If you're disappointed with the mistakes of government, join its ranks and work to correct them.

Enlist in our Armed Forces. Become a teacher. Enter the ministry. Run for public office. Feed a hungry child. Teach an -- an illiterate adult to read. Comfort the afflicted. Defend the rights of the oppressed.

Our country will be the better, and you will be the happier, because nothing brings greater happiness in life than to serve a cause greater than yourself.

I'm going to fight for my cause every day as your president. I'm going to fight to make sure every American has every reason to thank God, as I thank him, that I'm an American, a proud citizen of the greatest country on Earth. And with hard work -- with hard word, strong faith, and a little courage, great things are always within our reach.

Fight with me. Fight with me.

Fight for what's right for our country. Fight for the ideals and character of a free people.

Fight for our children's future. Fight for justice and opportunity for all.

Stand up to defend our country from its enemies. Stand up for each other, for beautiful, blessed, bountiful America.

Stand up, stand up, stand up, and fight.

Nothing is inevitable here. We're Americans, and we never give up.

We never quit.

Only once before have I heard such a call to arms. It was when John Kennedy called all to service to the nation. That call spoken in 1960 has been renewed, this time by an American Hero.

After tonight there is no stopping McCain! It was a great speech given by a great man. Here is to:

Third Day Round Up

The third day of the True American Republican convention has come and gone. The level of excitement is starting to reach the crescendo that will erupt tomorrow night when John McCain will address the assembled delegates when he accepts the nomination of the Republican party.

The warm up acts, before the main attraction came out swinging. Mike Huckabee told the assembled:

So, I say with sincerity that I have great respect for Sen. Obama's historic achievement to become his party's nominee -- not because of his color, but with indifference to it. Party or politics aside, we celebrate this milestone because it elevates our country.

But the presidency is not a symbolic job, and I don't believe his preparation or his plans will lift America up.

Obama was right when he said this election is not about him, it's about you.

When gasoline costs $4 a gallon, it makes it tough if you're a single mom to get to work each day in the used car you drive. You want something to change.

If you're a flight attendant or baggage handler and you're asked to take a pay cut to keep your job, you want something to change.

If you're a young couple losing your house, your credit rating, and your American dream, you want something to change.

John McCain offers specific ideas to respond to this need for change. But let me say there are some things we never want to change -- freedom, security, and the opportunity to prosper.

And Mitt Romney gave this blow to the Democrats:

You know, for decades now, the Washington sun has been rising in the east. You see, Washington has been looking to the eastern elites, to the editorial pages of the Times and the Post, and to the broadcasters from the -- from the coast. Yes.

Last week, the Democratic convention talked about change. But what do you think? Is Washington now, liberal or conservative? Let me ask you some questions.

Is a Supreme Court decision liberal or conservative that awards Guantanamo terrorists with constitutional rights? It's liberal.

Is a government liberal or conservative that puts the interests of the teachers union ahead of the needs of our children? It's liberal.

Is a Congress liberal or conservative that stops nuclear power plants and off-shore drilling, making us more and more dependent on Middle Eastern tyrants? It's liberal.

Is government spending, putting aside inflation, liberal or conservative if it doubles since 1980? It's liberal.

We need change all right: change from a liberal Washington to a conservative Washington.

We have a prescription for every American who wants change in Washington: Throw out the big-government liberals and elect John McCain and Sarah Palin.

Rudy Giuliani gave the delegates a rock solid speech.

To those Americans who still feel torn in this election, I'd like to suggest one way to think about this to help make a choice in 2008.

Think about it this way. You're hiring someone to do a job, an important job, a job that relates to the safety of yourself and your family. Imagine that you have two job applications in your hand with the name and the party affiliations blocked out.

They're both good and patriotic men with very different life experiences that have led them to this moment of shared history. You've got to make this decision, and you've got to make it right. And you have to desire -- you've got to decide, who am I going to hire?

On the one hand, you've got a man who's dedicated his life to the service of the United States. He's been tested time and again by crisis. He has passed every test.

Then came out the star. While the other speakers in any other convention would be star speakers in their own right. This was the night Sarah Palin shone brightly. She talked about her children, her husband, the values she was raised with. She condemned the Democrats and Obama in particular. She pointed out that the values of the 2 parties were diametrically opposed. That one stood for liberal, wasteful spending and the other for family values. She praised John McCain's service to the nation, first in the military and then in the Senate.

It's the journey of an upright and honorable man - the kind of fellow whose name you will find on war memorials in small towns across this country, only he was among those who came home.

To the most powerful office on earth, he would bring the compassion that comes from having once been powerless ... the wisdom that comes even to the captives, by the grace of God ... the special confidence of those who have seen evil, and seen how evil is overcome. A fellow prisoner of war, a man named Tom Moe of Lancaster, Ohio, recalls looking through a pin-hole in his cell door as Lieutenant Commander John McCain was led down the hallway, by the guards, day after day.

As the story is told, "When McCain shuffled back from torturous interrogations, he would turn toward Moe's door and flash a grin and thumbs up" - as if to say, "We're going to pull through this." My fellow Americans, that is the kind of man America needs to see us through these next four years.

For a season, a gifted speaker can inspire with his words.

For a lifetime, John McCain has inspired with his deeds.

If character is the measure in this election ... and hope the theme ... and change the goal we share, then I ask you to join our cause. Join our cause and help America elect a great man as the next president of the United States.

Character is the issue. And in the Presidency, character matters.

Day 2 Round Up

The second day of the True American Republican National Convention is over. And the excitement is mounting already. For those who wonder why there was no 1st day round up, that is because the first day of this historic convention was subdued. That was in respect for the men, women and children facing Hurricane Gustav.

Tonight's theme was Service. Service to the nation, the state and the community. Service is voluntary, but rewarding to one self.

There were some great speakers and speeches last night.

President Bush spoke to the convention by video link from the White House, where he said he was monitoring the aftermath of Hurricane Gustav.

Fred Thompson spoke about John McCain's courage and strength. His time as in combat and as a POW. His commitment to the ideals of America. How under his leadership America will stay strong. He spoke about Sarah Palin, of her small town background, of her taking on the party leadership and beating them at their own game. He called her a breath of fresh air.

Then Joe Lieberman spoke. He talked about the gridlock that is Washington and how John S. McCain has tried to break through it. He talked about how he and John McCain have been friends for years, even though they are of 2 different parties and don't see eye to eye on many issues.

Now, let me tell you that I've had the privilege of serving with John for almost 20 years and the honor of becoming a dear friend of his. I've personally seen him over and over again bringing people together from both parties to tackle our toughest problems, for example, to reform our campaign finance laws, our lobbying and ethics laws, to create the independent 9/11 Commission after that great natural disaster -- that great unnatural disaster caused by the terrorists, and then to work to pass the national security reforms that have made every American safer since then.

And then he worked together to end the partisan paralysis over nominations to the Supreme Court and other federal courts. This is the record.

Then he started to tear into Barack Hussein Obama by name.

Sen. Barack Obama is a gifted and eloquent young man who I think can do great things for our country in the years ahead, but, my friends, eloquence is no substitute for a record, not in these tough times for America.

In the Senate, during the 3½ years that Sen. Obama has been a member, he has not reached across party lines to accomplish anything significant, nor has he been willing to take on powerful interest groups in the Democratic Party to get something done.

And I'd just ask you to contrast that with John McCain's record of independence and bipartisanship, but let me go one further. And this may make history here at this Republican convention.

Let me contrast Barack Obama's record to the record of the last Democratic president, Bill Clinton, who stood up to some of those same Democratic interest groups, worked with Republicans, and got some important things done, like welfare reform, free trade agreements, and a balanced budget.

Then he turned his attention to the lady from Alaska.

Gov. Palin, like John McCain, is a reformer. She's taken on the special interests and the political power-brokers in Alaska and reached across party lines to get things done. The truth is, she is a leader we can count on to help John shake up Washington.

He reminded the nation and the world that John McCain understands that we are fighting a war. A war in which the enemy doesn't play by the rules civilized nations do. A war that has hit us upon our own shores. A war we cannot afford to lose. He reminded us that John McCain was one of the first people in the Senate to sound the alarm.

It was a very exciting night and there are 2 more to go. Tomorrow night's theme will be Serving a Cause Greater than Self. Laura Bush and Cindy McCain will be addressing the opening session. Rumor has it that Sarah Palin will be address the nation in Prime time. It will be an exciting event. The energy is rising and the crescendo will take place on Thursday when John S. McCain accepts the nomination of the Republican party.

Tonight begins the True American Republican National Convention. And it is fitting that on this momentous occasion that we give a salute to those men and women who have jumped from the Moonbat Express Democratic Party and are joining with the Republicans in Minneapolis, Minnesota. These men and women of conscience see their country becoming less than what it should be. They feel abused, neglected and unloved. Tonight they will feel the love of Americans. That I can assure you.

You will not hear the refrain of Yes We Can, nor the mantra of Change or Hope. What you will hear is the truth. The truth about America. The way the nation will change for the better and the hope for those yet born.

There are many of you who are blue-collar workers, struggling to make ends meet. You feel the pinch every time oil prices rise, yet the Democrats leading Congress have gone on vacation. They care not that you spend 3x what you did only 2 years ago to put gas in your car. They care not that your jobs are going overseas at an alarming rate. They care not that your neighborhoods are becoming unsafe due to the influx of criminals illegally in this nation. They care not that American Values and American Ideals are being destroyed by the nefarious liberals in Hollywood.

Tonight we start the last, but longest leg of a remarkable journey. A journey that started over a year ago and has traveled to every corner of the nation. A journey that when completed will end (with G-d's help) at the White House in Washington, D.C.

This journey was started alone by one man, John McCain, when all the so-called experts said he doesn't have a chance, when one after another member of his support team left him, John McCain stayed in the race. He beat the odds and won the nomination. That was the first leg.

The second leg was the lull of the summer. While Barack Hussein Obama went on his world-wide tour, John McCain was visiting Americans. While Obama refused to visit with wounded soldiers, John McCain went to VA Hospitals. While Obama showed disrespect to Hillary Clinton and her supporters, John McCain reached out at them. The media said that there was no way that John McCain could ever beat Barack Hussein Obama, the polls were against him. But by the Moonbat Express, they were neck and neck. Then Obama did the worst thing in American Politics. He showed off his ego. The bounce he got from his jump into the air, was very small. And he landed on his face. For the very next day, John McCain did something different . He chose a wonderful running partner. A woman who had more experience than Obama. A woman with good American Values and a beautiful family to boot. A woman who respected our military men and women, the children of this nation born and unborn, and has led a great state. He choose Sarah Palin, the Governor of Alaska.

On Friday the last leg will begin. It will not be an easy race, for the Democrats are good runners, but it will be a clean one, using all the means necessary to see victory in November.

And you, the disenfranchised of America are welcomed to join in on it. There is a place for you at our table. It is set with fine bone china and silver. All that is missing is you. We are a large family, with many different ideas and faiths. We speak the same language, the language of understanding and compassion, of values and G-d, of strength and might. We see America as the shining beacon of freedom to the world.

So if you call yourself PUMA, or Independent, Democrat or Libertarian, we welcome you to his wonderful party and ask you to join in our cry:
